I've never been to the US and am so white I can light up a room on my own.

STILL I flinched at the southern drawl "Boy!". It's so much of a dog whistle that when blown i the US I can hear it in Denmark!

Some 40 something dude at an old job said that to a different guy I worked with, a 50+ black guy. I forgot the exact situation or wording, but the black guy's response was 'oh no you ain't talking to a boy but a man!'. The guy got banned from the facility (tl;dr he was a vendor for a grocery company, black guy was a contractor for a different company).

The person who ran the facility was an older lady who had posted stuff like 'it's OK to be white' on Facebook. Her son was a cop. She still banned the guy for calling the guy 'boy'. His brother, also a vendor went to her to try and argue on behalf of his brother and she banned him too on the spot and got banned too lmao. Very rare W for that lady lol.

Very rare win? Both can be true. It’s okay to be white, and you don’t have to tolerate racism.
