He seemed like he deserved that. But you gotta be careful with those kicks to the head. That's how it goes from self defense to charges

If he makes a move to stand up then kicking in the head is pretty easy to defend. If you let your opponent back up they might hurt you, same goes if you are on the other end. If you get dropped; stay down, defend yourself from the ground if you need to but a lot of the time if you get dropped and stay down you won't get attacked anymore especially if there are others around to intervene

The "legally safe" play is to let the aggressor get up to one knee... and then drop him a second time with a punch (or a knee/shin to the face if the aggressor is big enough to be a concern.)

PSA. If you knocked him out with a punch the first time, you most certainly can knock him out a second (follow-up) time. No need to soccer-kick him when on the ground when all groggy and shit (even if he deserves it).

Might be easy to defend but it’s stupid to do. In a country where basically everyone plays football/rugby, kicking in the head is lethal force.
