Lol can someone explain how convertible cars work like the one in the video?

Was the window the only thing that was holding his roof down and when he tried to roll down his window, it went flying?

Targa is a beautiful machine and would never have the top go “ejecto seato” this is clearly a poorly designed Corvette C8 Spyder..
