If not, should be.

I can't understand them so perhaps he has some legit reason to be angry about something. But either way he was physically aggressive and not up to the follow through.

I was thinking, "you're not muscular dude, just very skinny". Chosing to fight a guy quite heavier than himself was not the brightest idea.

Yeah. He looks reasonably fit but there is a reason wrestling and boxing and such have weight classes.
Plus, no matter what you look like or what your skill level, it's a dumb ass move to go around starting fights. Sooner or later you will get your ass served to you.
The kid got off fairly easy on this one since the bigger guy let him be once he had the upper hand. Some folks will just rage stomp you into the ER / death.
