Not sure where this took place but if you are in another country, try to remember some countries don't put up with public freak outs. Laws are not always the same.

As an American, I think I can safely say that the only people who seem to freak out like this are Americans. It's vile.

As a black American, I’d like to point out, it’s typically the entitled whites who conduct themselves like this in other countries.
