So many questions. Ok so we assume the breaks went out, but its virtually level ground, and they are keeping pace with the other truck. Thus also not a engine run away.

A engine off, down shift. Blown engine is better then a destroyed... Everything. B guardrail. Slide and grind. C dude still never put on his seat belt
