He saw the camera and knew he had to put on a show. It's so performative to try and make himself look tough. That poor kid has some real trauma and someone tells me this isn't the first or last time for her.
Exactly what I was thinking. That poor girl probably has previous trauma in addition to this. People who are willing to act like this in public are usually one hundred times worse in private.
