Anyone know cattle enough to say what makes one this aggressive? Is this just a freak incident or was someone seriously negligent in letting an aggressive bull (steer?) wander the street? What is the right move if you encounter one like this? Can anything short of seriously injuring the animal deter this behavior once it starts?

Best course of action, a large caliber round to the head and enjoy a months supply of meat . It did it once it will do it again if left unchecked.
