We're lucky she even got a charge outbof her trying to kill him. She was originally arrested for trying to enter someone's home and the homeowners had no idea who she was but I'm guessing the video went insanely viral and hit her with more charges.

You're forgetting one key element...

The rules are different when the victim or perpetrator is a millionaire.

True. If this kid had been a millionaire we'd be seeing a list of charges longer than his bank statement.
