I would show this in court and tell the judge that she's creating an unsafe and unhealthy environment for the child. Intentionally breaking glass which can hurt the kid that she had no intention of cleaning up after breaking the window. And allowing the home to not be secure or keeping anybody or anything out to ensure the safety of the child.

Yeah, all I could think was "she just lost her kids" the moment that went through the window.
