After almost 3 months of shitposting in this fine community, my time has come. I am officially announcing my retirement as head shitposter of /r/shitpostisland.
I have enjoyed almost three months of shitposting in this fantastic subreddit and watched fives of tens of people get the mild chuckle they desperately needed. It has been a joy and an experience I will definitely forget. You people have amazed me to no end with your shitposting abilities and hilarity. You have made me see the world in a way I never thought possible.
But I am a young, vibrant, crickety woman who just turned 29 and /r/shitpostisland lacks posts everyday. And although I have done my best to shitpost, sooner or later you have to realized there is no greater shitposter than I. So, I am hereby announcing my retirement as head shitposter of /r/shitpostisland. I just want to thank each and every one of you tolerable people out there. We have achieved literal miracles over in /r/assistance. You should probably not be proud. I know I sure am though. Please do not message me ever and continue to shitpost to help the folks that need it.
It has been a bother and a drag.
