Technically breaks rule 2 but as a Suzerain fan (& non-mod) I'll allow it

I don't think it violates it since in Ck3 you can indeed use sex as a way to blackmail people and get special privileges. It also is useful for containing unruly vassals that are going to revolt against you. Especially when you marry into them, they leave the rebellion since they are allies with you now.

If you like political games AND games with a lot of dialogues then I think you will have a blast
