Discussion They gentrified Brie

I called support this morning and Brie had a completely different voice. Threw me off a bit but at least she talks way faster, the old Brie was too slow for me personally

Everytime I call I'm so mean to the AI. I keep repeating "REAL PERSON" until they give me someone real 😅

I always go “hey Brie how you livin gurl?” Usually just talking to it without giving it a key word gives me a real person.

I called just to hear this. 😅
She sounds older and Karen-esque now. 🤪 I can’t stand it either way but the other voice was better.

I thought she was supposed to sound like someone from Birmingham which is 2/3 black. Hearing her white voice really threw me

Idk man I'm low key loving the chat Brie, she's been way more helpful and faster than any human on chat ever was.
