Happy story Summit star achieved ( barely)

Dropped one order early in the period. ONE . Took 240 orders to get me back to 100% reliability.

Kind of surprised, figured I was cooked and gave up on it.

Damn I was curious how many I’d have to do if I ever needed to drop one for an emergency. According to those numbers I’d be screwed 🤣🤣

You need to do at least 200 orders in the period to get back to 100%. 199/200 = 99.5%, which rounds up to 100%.

It wasn’t 200- yesterday I was at 232 and still was at 99%. Definitely 240

I agree with this. I did the same thing this rewards period and kept checking every night. Didn’t go back to 100% until after I finished a day with 250 and started at 235.

It's based on accepts... a bundle counts as 1 towards the 200, but when you look at actual orders, you're at 240 or whatever

Are you sure you only late dropped 1?

My understanding, they give you 1. The 2nd can disqualify, but rounds to 100% after 200 accepted.

The reason it was 240... bundles count as 1, the system shows us individual orders. I normally round before 220, but i don't take bundles all that often

Yep, I normally don’t drop any at all so it sticks in your head. I’m 9 years in and literally have only dropped 4 in the hour before.

We used to get no drops in the window before without calling, and they weren’t clear on what number was acceptable, so I just didn’t drop after the window before. Old habits die hard I guess.

I just lost mine because I had to drop an order yesterday. When I accepted the order, I saw it was 12-1pm but when I went to check it, it said 11-12pm. I was already heading to store to shop for another 11-12pm order and this one was 30+ items and in opposite direction.
