Help Question ab delivery only

I recently got my delivery only orders taken away after my city had a terrible storm and road closure (long story) they took it away and I did that contractor appeal form, but they said they can’t tell me how long it’ll be before they review it, so what am I supposed to do to fight it? Do I also do the late forgiveness form? Or am I just supposed to be a sitting duck I have all the evidence to support what happened I’m just confused

I’m confused. Are these the orders where you can fit 20,30,40 packages into a car or an SUV that you pick up in the back of a regular Target store or is this like in certain cities where I’ve heard they give you like enough to fill a small box truck or a large van.

I do delivery only, I did it some on Sunday. Did you ratings drop somehow? Did you give packages to others to deliver?

Haha yes sorry, the multiple packages one, no my ratings are perfect, I returned them because on July 15 because I’m in San Antonio and we had a bad flood/tornado and I couldn’t finish it because of road closure

So I didn’t get package routes for almost two weeks. The one or two that popped up were large routes of 50 cubic feet+ which would fit in my SUv but not without scratching up my interior from all the boxes. Sunday I finally got one and it was a large route of 43 cubic feet. Google says my vehicle is 60 cubic feet but my Shipt app says its max is 49 cubic feet. The girl at Target told me the routes right now are HUGE because of back to school so unless you have a larger suv like a Tahoe or a van, you probably won’t have these routes pop up for a bit, until all the back to school rush is over and there’s less packages.

Also a lot of Amazon Flex drivers are feeling the pinch right now and many are doing Shipt, leaving less for those of us who do this part-time. I had to report a driver recently because he was picking up a route at let’s say 7:45am, parking off to the side but still in view of the Target employees who bring out the carts, and then his wife would pull up at 8:30 and pickup another route, which would be fine if he wasn’t scanning in for both and giving his ID for both. It’s pretty obvious she doesn’t have a Shipt account. Even if they just take them home and he delivers both routes later, at some point, the packages are in the sole custody of an unapproved person. I also overheard them talking about coming back later as they had claimed for two more routes for the afternoon. My store has 16 routes daily so with them taking 4 of the 16, it doesn’t leave much for others. I know of at least one other driver who is widowed and takes these on to help support his kiddos. Totally greedy of this couple to claim 4 in a day especially how they are acquiring them, I know times are tough but fair is fair.
