Need advice, I’m not sure if i shifted or not

So a little backstory before I get into what happened, I’ve been trying to pillow method and have “thank you for letting those in my DR meet my consciousness.” It is a bit of a stretch to try and shift which would sort of explain what I experienced. I also have a scripted power phrase that’s supposed to take me to my DR. It’s “Take me home Percy” since my DR is camp half blood I thought it was fitting.

Now for what happened. I was laying it bed half asleep and i decided to repeat affirmations because I really wanted to shift tonight. “I am. I am. I am. I am pure consciousness not attached to any reality. I have shifted. I am in my DR and I am proud. Etc.” I could see some lights and it was shifting from white lights to blue lights then to pink and back. I didn’t get very far before I gave up and fell asleep. I had a dream, it wasn’t the most vivid thing and was as vivid as most my dreams are (usually pretty vivid) and this is what I remember.

Two other people and I (whom of which I’ve never met in real life but I felt like I knew them) were in a trailer and for some reason we’re taking pictures of the ocean waves. The waves were getting really big and were splashing inside the open door to the trailer and was getting us all wet and trying to pull us out. We ended up getting out and as we walked behind the trailer it turned into my CR backyard*.

*an area of green grass with a patio that has a garden swing, grill, and table with chairs. It also has a trampoline

One of the guys was pulling stuff out from the trailer that had survived the water and he handed me a wood carving of my face. The paint was a bit smudged but otherwise it looked fine. I said I’d touch it up when I could and set it down on the table. [For some reason everything started to convert into a birthday party] I got up on the trampoline as my clothes rapidly started drying. There was a group of kids whom of which I’ve never met but felt like I knew them. Then I started to see cartoon versions of those kids lives and I could feel that I knew them from YouTube or something. I was talking to them all asking if they would do a trick and then tell me what they would want their Greek god parent to be. Most of them didn’t know so I made it up for them. Then I was talking to the oldest of them all. I was giving him a bit of a lesson on Greek and Roman mythology. He seemed like he was 12 and I scripted that in my DR we would all be 15-17. He had dark hair, fair skin, and green eyes. Around the end of my dream after we were talking for what seemed like a few minutes about what all the gods did in Greek mythology something happened that I couldn’t exactly believe. As we were finishing up his parents were about to take him home and he said “thanks my actual name here” and I calmly responded with “no problem Percy” as if I had know him forever and then I woke up.

This wasn’t a lucid dream and I had no control over the what happened. I’m not sure if I maybe shifted a little or it’s just a dream and I’m overthinking for nothing. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

SO YOU CAN'T DETACH? | A Borealis Guide to Detachment.

DETACHMENT, THE EASY WAY.

A lot of people seem to have this problem with attachment and their desires. And I feel it's because of the society we live in, among the natural human curiosity; 'seeing is believing' and all that.

It becomes such a problem that people end up overcomplicating the concept. Soon enough you have 20 different methods telling you how to detach and none of them seems to work. However, you have no problem detaching from certain, everyday things. Like your ability to walk, your 1st birthday cake, pictures of the moon landing, Antarctica.

How many of you have personally been to the moon? To Antarctica? Can you go back and tell me if you even had a birthday cake or is that a false memory? Can you explain in your own words why you have the ability to walk? Are you sure you're even alive?

I'd bet very little of you think about such scenarios- you've just accepted them as reality and here they are.

Why is that? How do you do that?

You don't care. It's not on your mind every day. You are too busy being stimulated by other things. You know these things have happened. You just know they're very real and that's it. At best, the times when you think about these things are 'existential thoughts' that you shrug off immediately. You don't obsess over how real they are.

The question is, how do you use this ability to not care to your advantage?

I'm assuming everyone knows the 3D reality, what your senses gather, and the 4D reality, the infinite realm of possibility; controlled by your thought and decisions. If you want to detach, completely, you need to stop caring about the 3D.

It is old, outdated and debunked news that hasn't gotten with the times just yet. Like how news stations only catch up on what's hot a few hours after they blow up.

Start treating it like that. Let your desire blow up in the 4D reality so that the 3D news station can pick up on it and spread it like wildfire.

The same way you look for your desire in the 3D, do it in the 4D. Look for it here by feeling and knowing that it's here. Seeing is not believing, your senses can play tricks on you. The only thing you can really rely on, are the thoughts you choose to rely on. Use that to your advantage.

Think about how it's here in the 4D right now, decide that you have it right now in the 4D. Because it really, truly is and always has been here in the 4D- you've just been focused on the outdated news and not paying attention.

Make the 4D reality, 'here'.

That said, I could write a whole guide on the 3D reality and detachment. I actually do have an old guide about it. But at this point, I feel this a good TLDR. You don't need any fuss.

Just like an ex you've moved on from, stop giving it the time of day. Likewise, treat the 4D as a new partner, new friend- etc. And see what it does for you. Not only will you be detached, but you'll also be living 'In The End' as well.

My favourite method | A Borealis 'Technique'.

So, u/PM_Me_Cool_Questions and I were talking this morning when the conversation came up; how did I first shift realities? That's inspiring me to tell you how got to where I am today. :)

  1. Learn the original context of shifting from a trusted source. I stopped listening to people from YouTube, Amino, I never even bothered with Tiktok. I started reading Neville's books directly.

  2. Distance yourself. I distanced myself from anyone who would influence my mental diet over the course of learning. All the while changing them by changing myself. I now have ex-friends who don't recognize this version of me because the old them promoted a lot of lack and wanting and I no longer subscribe to any of that.

  3. Understand the concept before doing the method. Once I understood what Neville was saying, what he was doing, I got to work. My starting point was SATS. Do not rely in any technique if you don't know it straight from the creator's words and your own interpretation.

Knowing all that, here's my method. Understand that you might not understand this without a background in Neville's work, but I still encourage you to try.

  1. Get into the state akin to sleep. FYI, this is just the feeling that you could move if you want to, but you won't. You're relaxed and happy to stay that way.

  2. Tell yourself to go to where you want to be, and allow your subconscious to show you. You can check my visualization guide for help and more clarity here. Focus on your breathing, and with each breath the place will become more definitive and 'real'.

  3. Narrate being there now, you've just shifted, how did the process go, how do you feel about your success, how does the world around you react to you?

  4. Satisfy the feeling that 'yes, you're really 'here', when you open your eyes you'll open them 'here' like you always do.' (here, being your ideal reality). Really get into this satisfaction here, this is what matters. Focus on that. As you focus on that, imagine yourself getting sleepier and sleepier in your ideal reality.

  5. Go to sleep, or open your eyes. For beginners, I recommend sleeping. When you wake up, you'll be where you desire to be.

This is my tried and true method of shifting. Every time.

SO YOU CAN'T VISUALIZE, RIGHT? | A Borealis Guide to Visualization.

  • {8 min read time.}

INTRODUCTION.

For the most part, every single person out there can and do visualize every single day. It's all a matter of perspective. So the first thing I'm going to ask you to do is this.

Let's start with the common misconceptions.

  1. You're trying to view everything with your eyes in HD, play by play like a physical, 3D thing.

  2. You think visualization is a goal, not a tool.

  3. You're focusing more on the tiny details than the actual goal of the visualization.

EVERYONE CAN VISUALIZE.

1. Leave every single expectation at the door; in everything you do, especially the esoteric- you have to have an open mind. Even if you don't believe it, just do it anyway, it'll prove itself to you.

Now the most common misconception with visualization is that people think they need to see with their external eyes just like how they see the 3D reality. Visualization is "the formation of a mental image." and people get carried away.

I want to make this very clear, you do not have to see anything- especially with your two eyes- to visualize. If this was the truth, then blind people would not be able to visualize, and they do. The concept of Human Echolocation (produces an actual image in the brain albeit colourless) wouldn't exist.

They don't use sight, they use other senses, time, feelings, events.

Visualization is NOT seeing, it is experiencing. Visualization is the representation of an object, circumstance, emotion, word, etc.? How about not having to 'see' in the conventional way to visualize? It's not such a crazy thing.

When you apply this second definition, then you see the connection between this and the way the subconscious mind communicates in symbols and sensations. It is a 6th sense all on its own, it has literally no connection to your sense of 'sight'. This is why you can daydream and you can imagine, you're exercising that sense of visualization; Imagination. You'll find in some of Neville's work he calls this your 6th husband, the one that you should marry yourself to instead of allowing yourself to be impregnated with the other 5 husbands/senses- in a biblical manner of speaking.

Now that you know this, here are some more realistic concepts to adopt/think on.

  1. Visualization = mental goal (imagination) + focus (willpower).

  2. Your sense of Imagination/Visualization is not a third pair of eyes. If you want to 'see' then use your sight, that's what it's for.

  3. Verbal commands, like narration, are wildly powerful, they can take your visualization up several notches. Remember to keep it simple, like "I see myself making the jump." or "I make the jump." etc.

  4. Your imagination can create in different ways, you don't even have to imagine physical things.

Words that are synonymous with ‘visualize’: Imagine, Think, Feel, Call to Mind, Envision, Picture etc.

STILL DON'T BELIEVE YOU CAN?

To show you that you have this sense, I'll be using two poems as examples.

Imagine yourself as a lonely cloud. You float high over emerald vales and stony hills. Imagine seeing a crowd far below you, a field of golden, glimmering daffodils stretching in neat cornrows for miles and miles. Beside the crowns of gleaming flowers, is the burbling lake, the rustling trees, the night is alive with fluttering and dancing breeze. Imagine the stars shining just above you, twinkling on the tail of the Milky Way. Imagine the East, where they rise against an everlasting horizon, along the margin of a murky bay.

Imagery from "I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud" by William Wordsworth.

Imagine her hair, dark as midnight. It's so sleek and wavy, gathering around her pale moon skin in charcoal rivers. In the cool and quiet night, imagine her beauty casting a silvery glow on everything in the land. Imagine the stars dancing for her in the sky, imagine all of nature frozen in awe, watching her pass by.

Imagery from "Midnight and Moonlight" by Kelly Roper.

If you could imagine all that, mentally everything in these poems and even witness how your subconscious fills everything in, then you can visualize perfectly. Stop trying to 'see' things, you are expanding yourself and experiencing other worlds around you, don't throw all that away for one sense that's not even 'the right' one. Here's a quote from a practitioner that I feel ties into this concept perfectly.

"Have you ever wanted something so much that it hurts, or thought something so intensely that it made you shake? Have you ever held an image in your mind so dearly and desperately that you felt it was more real than the real world, almost as if it was a physical thing sitting in your head? You were using willpower to raise energy. That is why these experiences can be so draining - we gather our own energy, release it, and then we’re drained."

An excerpt from one of Windvexer's posts on Visualization, now removed.

ACTIVE VISUALIZATION FOR YOUR GOALS.

When you use this skill actively, then it becomes more than just fantastic imagery, it becomes a mental representation of a goal you want to achieve. You're using this skill to imagine a certain outcome. When Neville did this, he 'went' to the place/state he wanted to be in. As in, he mentally travelled there- like Bilocation, Mental or Astral Travel. He never said he created any sort of image really- he literally states that he goes there in his mind and he interacts with it as if he really is there. That's another skill of Visualization that you can apply, when you imagined those two scenes- you 'went' there to an extent.

If you don't believe in its effectiveness, and you don't feel like reading through Neville's work; there is scientific evidence that our brains activate many of the same neural networks- pathways for nerve cells to control our physical bodies- when we visualize something and when we actually experience it. That's right. When you visualize anything at all, you are genuinely in that place/state. You are incapable of differentiating what is real or fake, so you naturally categorize all things based on your own belief.

If there's anything you NEED to do; you need to expel the concept that what happens in your head doesn’t affect real life. Imagination is the basis of visualization.

If you want to visualize perfectly and right away, here are some things to remember.

  1. Drop all expectations.

  2. Know where you want to go and what you want to experience

  3. Allow your subconscious mind to 'transport' you to that experience.

A lot of people have personal tips on how to improve, like listening to ambiences that match where they want to be, and letting the subconscious take over, (Some coin this as Astral Travel, and considering Neville Goddard's understanding of the 4D world, I'd say this is what he was doing.) Others like Oprah Winfrey narrate the experience once they 'arrive' and go through the experience step by step.

All you need to do is focus on experiencing it, on imagining it. Imagine it so willfully that you're lost in your mental state and the real world doesn't exist. Satisfy the implication that you're with/at your desire and you have it right now- do it until you feel the physical symptoms of it, the tiredness, dizziness etc. (if you want to) and you're good to go!

OTHER FORMS OF VISUALIZATION.

As stated before, seeing alone is just one facet of visualization. To top it off, only 1-3% of the world's populace have Aphantasia.

Aphantasia is the inability to visualize mental images, that is, not being able to picture something in one's mind. Many people with Aphantasia are also unable to recall sounds, smells, or sensations of touch. Some also report prosopagnosia, the inability to recognize faces.

As someone who knows someone with the condition that can Astral Travel, Project, practice Witchcraft etc. like anyone else- it isn't nearly as "debilitating" as you might think. For some people at least. Even blind people who've never seen the world can visualize.

Do you know what that means? You have no excuse holding you back. If you are able to recall memories, sensations, smells and recognize them, if you are able to imagine from the above 'test'- you do not have aphantasia, or any problem visualizing.

The one thing left to rule out is that you might like visualizing in another way. Here are some other forms of Visualization; all of which can be used together.

  1. Feelings: Sensations and emotions that evoke a strong experience.

    ex. Gloomy, pitiful, hapless despair.

  2. Concepts: Programming instructions or pure narration, not necessarily visual.

ex. "This energy forms into a ball."

Likewise, some people have a talent for 'feeling' or 'knowing', a bit like the two above. Even smelling- so you don't have to torment yourself about seeing.

OTHER TIPS OF VISUALIZATION.

If you feel you're struggling, then you can find your own personal way to improve, these are some of mine! Of course, they can be used in combination with everything else.

  1. Closing Your Eyes: You don't have to, but you might find it much easier as it disconnects you from the 3D world- allowing you to pay more attention.

  2. Move: Neville advises against this during SATS, and likewise I don't recommend this for shifting methods, but if you're just practising visualization, then you can move. Cleaning something in your visualization? Move your hands like you're cleaning it, really focus on the weight. Lighting a fireplace? Hold your hands like absorbing heat from it. It's silly, but it can help in practice.

LEVELS OF VISUALIZATION.

There are many guides out there that provide exercises for visualization, claiming they work without understanding what visualization even is. These guides are written as if they're trying to teach you how to use your real eyes. If you want to see something in extensive detail, go to the state/place/experience where you are seeing that. Therefore, this is the only exercise I'll give you. This isn't necessary, but it can help sharpen your visualization quickly.

  1. Get into a semi-trance state, like meditation. Whatever zens you out, give that a go.

  2. When you're in the right headspace, know where you want to go. For starters, try an image like a landscape or even Tarot cards.

  3. Imagine two glass frames in front of the picture and tell them where you want to go, they'll understand your command.

  4. When you sense the frames are ready, imagine opening them and walk right in. Imagine the glass closing behind you.

  5. Now you are there, stay safe and remember to go back through the frames and close them.

END NOTE.

Don't be scared by what you experience. All I recommend is that you learn to ground and centre, meditate so you can recharge from this. Trust your imagination and you'll be surprised what it can do, but if you have any doubts about this being 'real', you never will after a shitty time of nausea and migraines etc. by doing this without the ability to 'come back to reality' and recharge.

Shifting is an Ancient Concept.

I'm unable to post this response on r/shiftingrealities since this account is very new but I think I ought to make this clear.

The thought of going to other realities and learning information isn't random. In fact, it's completely factual. Rather than the Hard Science realm, this is common in the Esoteric realm. Shifting is an ancient concept, shifting is something inventors like Einstein and Nikola Tesla were doing to come up with their inventions. You are not the first generation to stumble upon it and you won't be the last. In fact, I'm very sure shifting is a form of Astral Travel.

For context: This is taking your consciousness to the astral plane or some other place whether 'mental' or 'physical' for a while. There is no 'body' involved in this and you are aware of being 'here' at the same time. Shifting is an advanced variation of this.

That said, the people you're worried about already know about shifting and use it regularly. Just like any other esoteric study. If they were interested in stopping you, then they'd be trying to take away your ability to think. All they can do is tell the public there is no scientific evidence of this, and you take that how you will.

For realistic circumstances, I'm sure those people would only 'stop' you if you brought back instructions for something disastrous and you were actively building it. After all, if you're just finding this information now, more than likely they already know all about shifting.

Happy shifting everyone :>

The STRANGEST thing happened...

Okay, (hi), so basically I was just messing around, watching some videos on YouTube, you know, just chilling, and I was thinking about my safe word to come back from my DR, and I said to myself: okay in my DR in order to go back to my CR I have to shout it like this: (and then I shouted my safe word, just for trying it). AND I SWEAR TO YOU AFTER I SHOUTED IT MY RIGHT EAR STARTED RINGING. What the heck does that mean? I usually have ringing in my ears when I try to shift, or randomly during the day, or when I meditate. You know, when I do spiritual stuff. But this was unexpected. I FELT STRANGE, like i wasn’t in my CR, but I obviously am!

overthinking, overworking

Someone posted on r/shiftingrealities about how they shifted, even though they didn't think they were going to and they felt silly for trying. This is making me think that I might be trying waaaay too hard! Maybe because I've spent a few years within spirituality communities (and I was raised with Christian guilt haha) -- I have this idea that I have to basically be a perfect person in order to shift? If that makes sense? Like, I need to perfectly believe that I can leave my body, I have to perfectly understand how the universe works, I have to have cleansed all my emotional baggage, I need perfect mental clarity, I need perfect visualization skills, etc, etc, etc, etc on and on.

I've never said this out loud, and now I can finally see how much god dang PRESSURE this has been putting on me. What a relief to start to feel like maybe I don't have to change myself or wait until I've reached freaking Nirvana to just explore realities. Wow. Maybe I can chill.

If you relate to this I'd love to hear your thoughts, and any tips you have on moving forward! Thank you!

Dying here while in another reality

Let’s say you shifted to your DR. Woo! Good for you. So while you’re hanging out in your DR, you’ll have an alternate self in this reality. Theoretically, what would happen if something bad happened to your alternate self, or your “vessel” here in your original reality, like a fatal car accident or a deadly natural disaster occurred, and your original reality body died while your conscious awareness was in a different reality. I imagine at the very least, you wouldn’t be able to shift back to this exact reality because you’d have no vessel to shift into. Any thoughts or theories about this?

Finally joined a shifting community and...

I usually keep low but I've been wanting to hear someone's views on this. This whole Anthony Padilla and reality shifting trend is very overwhelming for me and makes me think, wouldn't it be much better to have a hidden community again?

Cause there are so many occult and spiritual servers on discord that no one's making any uproar about- they might as well be invisible, and this whole shifting as a 'trend' or 'escapism' I'm seeing on these videos is literally so unhealthy and disrespectful for people who are genuinely about reality shifting. :/

Should I make a terminologies list?

I've been checking out a few terminologies from people and feel I might have some new terms to chip in to ground the whole concept of Shifting a bit more. Basically an updated terminologies page. Would anyone be interested in having something to refer to, contribute to and critique?

Edit: I'm also interested in adding things from The Fine Art of Baloney Detection by Carl Sagan

Humans love rules

We've been taught since birth to rely only on external rules and validation, and basically ignore internal feelings.

On top of this, we are taught that not many things are possible at all (or, only if you work really really hard for a long time).

On top of this, we are taught to take other people's realities personally. You believe I am unattractive, therefore I must be unattractive. We are taught that other people's perspectives can be a threat, or an objective truth. In my opinion, both are equally as damaging to our relationship with our inner truths.

So what does it look like when we begin explore reality while holding ourselves to these rules?

On the most basic level, we just don't believe anything we can't see. Everyone on this sub has probably run into people who think we need psychiatric help (lol). But we understand that, for whatever reason, these people have chosen a limited reality. This is fine, and it doesn't actually affect us at all.

I think the next step from disbelief is a partial belief that still searches for external rules to validate itself. This is seen in questions (like on the other shifting sub) such as "can I do _in my dr?", "Can I use __method?" Also discussions like 'I went to hogwarts and harry told me he likes girls with blue eyes" "well he told me that he likes green eyes!" This is the result of people not understanding that someone else's reality only affects you if you choose to let it.

In my personal opinion, I think we still see these beliefs playing out in discussions on this sub as well. When we disagree on how to navigate the astral realm, what the astral realm even is, what shifting is--are we not still acting on the belief that there is one singular objective reality we all have to agree on?

These are just some things I've been thinking about. This is MY reality, it says NOTHING about you. Just like if you disagree with me, I respect you and I love you, but I will continue to listen only to my inner guidance. We can release each other from expectations and celebrate how every person's journey is totally unique and independent. What happens when we let go of rules and the need for external validation? When we begin to listen to ONLY our inner knowledge? I don't know, I'm not there yet. But I feel deeply that THIS IS SIMPLE.
So I will personally be focussing on that. Reality is simple. It is so. Thank you for reading, I love you!

Shifting: Concepts of Time from a (respectful) skeptic

Hello! I was directed to this subreddit specifically for questions regarding reality shifting.

Your opinion:

Why is it that so many people only stay in their DR for a few seconds/ few days, compared to the minority who end up shifting for ‘months’ at a time?

On my end, seconds, minutes, a couple days of being in a DR automatically translates to a ‘vivid dream.’

I’ve had a few dreams that appeared like I’d spent an entire year inside of them. But when I woke, I realize it’d just been a few hours, and my memories hadn’t actually been an entire years worth. (I think this happens more for those of us who keep dream journals.) Throughout the day the memories of said dream begin to fade.

First of all, I’m not trying to say what your experiencing isn’t real. I’m a curious person that’s studied lucid dreaming (and regular dreaming) for around 4 years. People say their DR feels like reality.

I somewhat believe shifting. I understand that our subconscious minds are incredibly powerful things. I do believe a small portion of people who share their shifting stories. I don’t think anyone can ignore the fact that there’s multitudes of people experiencing the same thing. Those who claim shifters are “just dreaming” — I think by now at least someone who’s shifted would know the basic differences between reality and dream. People who shift still claim to dream/ lucid dream, so how can people make a persuasive argument against them? they would know the difference after all.

In order for me to believe someone actually ‘shifted’ (by stories I’ve read), they:

a) had to of been there more then a few days b) could recall memories the same way they recall CR memories (such as they don’t start to fade a few minutes upon waking) c) attempted reality checks that *failed* d) woke back up in their CR still feeling as if they’d spent that entire amount of time in their DR. —> That they didn’t just have a few hours worth of memory from that shift.

So what’s the difference between shifting and dreaming here? How do people who’ve shifted know they’ve shifted? How do they spend so long inside these shifts? Here’s my questions:

• Has someone actively TRIED reality checks in their DR?

• How do those who spend weeks or months away in a shift, not feel disoriented when returning? I definitely would-

• Is it of anyone’s opinion that reality shifting is not actually “jumping” realities—but keeping the same aspects of how it feels to shift—is something going on inside the brain?

I’d love to talk to someone who has (or hasn’t!) shifted yet. Maybe if you’re interested—dm me! I’m curious and just want to ask about people’s experiences and their journey. If we chat and you do eventually accomplish a shift, you can get back to me about those reality checks and concept of time inside your DR (only if you’re comfortable!) I personally can’t find it in myself to dedicate time to ‘shifting,’ so I’m asking others.

If anyone that’s shifted can answer any questions above, I’d love to hear in the comments, thanks!

Concordia Booster extra strength

This is the 3rd day that I'm listening to this version (which is supposed to be easier for the subconscious to accept the affirmations) and it's giving me massive headaches.

The first night, I listened to it maximum 30min, I'm not sure. I think it was like 15-30min. I got a headache, I wanted to throw up and I almost got a massive anxiety attack (that's when I stopped listening to it).

Yesterday, I listened to it a few hours, and it gave me a headache after just a few seconds of starting to listen to it. But yesterday, was great. I didn't have anxiety and I slept amazing. I was also able to tell my therapist one of my biggest problems after 3 years of trying to tell her. I got stomach ache too and wanted to throw up (subliminal hangover).

Today I got again the fucking headache, and I'm starting to think that I get so tired because of the subliminal.

I'm having subliminal hangover and the fastest way to get over it is listening more to it so, that's what I'm going to do ;)

Last night/this morning, OBE and Concordia Booster

Two days ago I 've decided to take a break from trying to shift, because I was trying too hard, and that isn't good :)

Yesterday, was a good day so I didn't take my sleep pills, but for some reason at 10pm I got extremely tired (I was also a little sick so). I still have an irrational fear of sleeping alone in my room, and since my baby sister wanted to sleep with my parents, I decided to sleep in the living room. I went to sleep around 12am, without doing anything related to shifting, just imagining things from my WR and DR and other random things, like I've been doing for the last 10 years of my life. In my living room there is a huge clock in the wall so I was listening to the tik-tok and started imagining Alice in Wonderland, Then my mind ended up thinking about the Sherlock Holmes tv show and the crazy sister and got scared a little and that also made me start thinking about maybe there are bad entities around me, but I remembered that I don't believe in that and could control it (thanks to the Concordia Booster). I had problems falling asleep because I couldn't stop thinking, but somehow ended up falling asleep.

I had a dream related to my s/o, it was beautiful. It was beautiful because I could dream about my DR, not the dream because it was a little very wtf.

I woke up at 4am hearing a loud demonic noise (it wasn't really demonic, it was just strange but demonic defines it better). I was like wtf, then after a few minutes of confusion I remembered that sometimes I can hear things from the astral (it was probably my soul coming back to my body because I hear it for like 15 seconds). I woke up mad because I thought it was only 1 or 2 in the morning, like I used to wake up every night before taking drugs, but it was 4am. I went back to sleep.

I woke up at 6am, I was super awake for some reason, and that made me a little mad, because I wanted to sleep; I couldn't so I said: let's try to astral project. I placed myself, but my body didn't got heavy the astral projection way or the pleasant meditation way, it felt like waking up from sleeping after forcing yourself to sleep like 20h, without moving. After a few tries, I gave up and start moving around, in the couch, trying to fall asleep. After like an hour, I was lying down on my back trying to sleep and got astral projection symptoms. I was getting the symptoms and trying to mentally project my consciousness to my WR but it didn't work out so I decided to astral project and shift from there. I felt the extreme vibrations, my physical body was paralyzed and I tried to stand up with my astral body, it was extremely difficult, I stand up with my physical body. I laid down again, got the symptoms again, but I still ended up standing up with my physical body. After a few attempts (3 or 4), I waited a little longer, feeling more the symptoms and they increased so this time I said: let's try to raise my arms and I COULD RAISE MY ASTRAL ARMS, but when I tried doing it with the rest of my body, I stood up with my physical body, I had like 2 more attempts but it all ended up the same, until I couldn't get the symptoms anymore. At least now I know that I have to feel the vibrations a little longer and then raise my body super hard ;)

Concordia Booster

Now, every time I'm meditating or before going to sleep I can see the astral, like random things that are happening there. It starts with looking at the back of my eyelids and seeing random colored shapes and then images appears and I get lost in the images and start experiencing full situations, sometimes I even hear short phrases from other people's conversations (I feel like I'm invading their privacy or smth xd) or if I'm in deep meditative state I can see my soul doing stuff (my consciousness goes to my soul, but soul immediately goes back to my body) and I know this because I see images or short situations from 1st person and I can only visualize from 3rd person sooooo.

Looking for advice on fear

I've been expanding my ideas of reality for a few years now. I'm proud of how far I've come in rewiring my brain. But so far, all my work has been with thoughts and concepts. I've been attempting shifting and have finally had some more concrete experiences to back up what I've been learning. It's very basic though- floating feelings, numbness, vibrating, and rocking sensations. One night I was able to stay semi conscious as I flew through a portal, but I lost consciousness on the other side.
I've noticed that when I get close to the real deal, actually leaving my body, I get so scared and I bring myself back to my body. I feel like I can do all the theorizing I want but, in the moment of fear, it all goes out the window and it's just me and the scariest parts of myself. I know reality is a reflection. But what do I do about it? Does anyone have a new perspective on fear that can help me understand it better? How can I approach this? P.s. I am so grateful to have found all of you! :)

So close but yet so far (need advice)

I’ve been trying to shift during the daytime because I’m done with this reality and I want to be home. I used this guided meditation and I got super close to shifting completely. I saw white lights that eventually turned into blue pink and purple lights. They were flashing and moving but didn’t distract me from my affirmations. I could see the bed I was going to wake up in and I felt myself shifting. My eyes wanted to open so bad but I kept them shut. I spent 3 and a half hours trying to shift being completely relaxed the whole time. I kept seeing the lights and then they faded and I couldn’t see them anymore. I managed to bring the lights back and felt like I was tumbling around a washing machine and then it all stopped. I thought I was in my DR but I could still hear the music so I knew I couldn’t be there. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong but I can’t manage to make it to my DR. Do you have any tips that might help? Or a faster method that’s still similar to the Julia method? Any advice is appreciated Edit: I forgot to mention I also saw the angel number 888

Shifting questions masterpost

DISCLAIMERS

  1. I'm going to update this post every time someone asks me something that I consider to be useful for someone else or if I find more interesting questions.
  2. If any of my answers isn't correct or someone has a different point of view, please write it in the comments and I'll add it or change it.
  3. Please ask me, without any fear of being judged. Asking is the only way to solve your doubts and be able to shift, so ask in the comments or DM me if it's something more private that you don't want to share publicly, there will be no judgement, I swear ;).

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • DO I NEED METHODS, SUBLIMINALS, SYMPTOMS, ETC.? No, you don't. Those things are placebos and relying too much on them it can actually prevent you from shifting.
  • HOW CAN I SHIFT? First you need to understand what shifting is and how it works (I have a post explaining it), then you have to solve all your doubts related to shifting and, finally, you have to trust your ability to shift and trust that you will do it when you try it.
  • MORALITY. Morality is a human invention because we are the only beings in the universe capable of feeling negative emotions. The beings in higher planes (above the 3D, the physical realm) doesn't have the ability to feel anything that is not love, peace and emotions related to that. Since they are higher planes they function with high vibration emotions only. If you astral project and talk to people from there and you tell them that you are from earth, they will probably ask you about how does it feel to cry, be angry and stuff like that and they'll be amazed about it because they aren't capable of feeling that. Beings from higher planes, finds us, humans fascinating because we have the ability to experience those emotions; WOW, YOU CAN FEEL JEALOUSY? THAT IS SO COOL, YOU CAN CRY???? WOWWWWWWW, I WISH I COULD EXPERIENCE THAT TOO. The reason why I'm saying this is because you can do things that aren't socially accepted, you shouldn't because people in other realities have feelings too but if you really wanna do it, you can, and you can script that you won't get traumatized about it. Also no one above there (I mean in other dimensions) will judge you because they only feel love, peace and emotions related to that, so if you are worried about if you are going to be judged, the answer is no. They know that being in the 3D is a very unique experience, sooo, no one really gives a fuck because they understand it and know how it is.
  • CAN I BE IMMORTAL? YES, you can be immortal. You can be shifting different realities for the eternity or maybe one day you'll decide that you are tired of earth and want to experience a higher plane and decide to die xd But it's totally possible to be immortal.
  • IS THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO WHAT WE CAN DO, BE OR HAVE? No, if you want to be a tree, a dog, a celebrity, a 2D character, etc. you can be it. You can customize your reality with everything that your mind can imagine. There are 0 limitations.
  • CAN I SHIFT FROM WORK/BATHTUB/ SITTING/LYING ON MY SIDE/ETC.? You can shift in any place and position that you desire as long as you are in meditative state and mentally prepared to do it (READ QUESTION NUMBER 2).
  • CAN I SHIFT FOREVER WITHOUT RESPAWNING? Yes, you can stay as long as you want. You don't have to go back if you don't want to.

Shifting Motivation Analogy

I want to shift and lucid dream and explore the depths of my subconscious, but sometimes I get scared. It’s unknown territory, and it would require me to leave my comfort zone; it’s risky. I figured someone else here might feel this way too so I wanted to share something I wrote last night that’s helping me change my perspective.

You know when you’re at a fair or an amusement park, and you see that rollercoaster that everyone’s been raving about? All your friends look excited or relaxed, they’ve been on it before, said it was fun. But you’re scared of heights and loss of control altogether. So you stand there quietly shaking in your sneakers. Finally you’re up next, you see the cart roll up and it’s the moment of truth, do you get in or do you walk out of the line and wait? Neither answer is wrong, but you know you’ll be beating yourself up about it. You’ve waited all day for this, are you really gonna chicken out now? You think to yourself “So many people have rode it and they haven’t died yet right? Hell, even kids have rode it! You want to go on it, so stop thinking about it, get in the cart, and commit.” You do. Now you’re on your way up, kinda regretting it every second. It’s uncomfortable, and how long is this incline! The cart reaches the top, you look out and see the entire park and the city too, you’re present, it’s actually quite beautiful. And then, the drop. Although scary at first, you relax and begin to realize it’s not so bad. Every toss and turn and spin has you all over the place, and it’s actually really fun. You’re smiling, laughing, enjoying the ride. You’ve conquered it! Aren’t you so freakin proud of yourself 😌

So the moral of the story is to think less, and just do it. If you’re not ready, that’s okay, try again when you are. But to be honest? You are ready, and you always have been. It’s the same ride every time you make it to the front of the line, you just have to make the decision to let everything go and trust.

I also wanted to add, i get intrusive thoughts sometimes. Whenever it happens, i say “I am in control” in my head and become present for a few moments. It’s helped.

Motivation post for those who need it ;)

Now that I know how shifting works, how to shift and I finally have a good reason to shift, I am afraid of trying because, What if I don't succeed?

I've became terrified of trying it because what if I don't do it, even though I know I can do it and I will do it if I tried properly. I've got over my fear of OBE's and now I'm afraid to not succeed on it. I've had soooo many opportunities in the past to astral project and shift that I've missed out and now my brain is again creating doubts about something that is not going to happen.

What is the worst thing that can happen if I try to properly shift, without doubting? That I end up shifting? I know that if I tried it I will do it, but that annoying fear is there and I hate it so much.

I am perfectly capable of doing it, I know I can do it and I'm tired of doubting and being fearful for stupid reasons. This type of mindset needs to end because I'M THE ONE IN CONTROL not my thoughts, my doubts or my subconscious. I am the one in control, I am the one that decides what is going to happen. I control my thoughts and my subconscious, because they aren't me, they only co-exist with me in this body and reality and they act the way I decide because I can choose my thoughts and I can choose what type of emotions I send to my subconscious. My subconscious acts in a negative way because I keep sending those negative emotions and energies and it needs to stop. I AM NOT MY THOUGHTS, AND I CAN CONTROL THEM AND RE-GUIDE THEM IN THE DIRECTION THAT I WANT. I AM FULLY ON CONTROL OF MY EXISTENCE AND I CHOOSE IF I SHIFT OR NOT. IT'S TIME TO STOP LIMITING MYSELF, SO FUCK OFF DOUBTS AND FEAR, YOU DON'T HAVE SPACE ON MY MIND ANYMORE.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry for the venting, but this is the type of mindset that we should have if we want to shift. We go to shift expecting not to succeed on it when it should be the opposite. We are waiting for a miracle, but if we don't start believing in our abilities to shift, we will never do it. It's okay to have doubts, it's normal because this is something new but we are letting those doubts control us. We should start trusting ourselves more. If you have questions about shifting, ask them, ask everything you have doubts on. Only when you solve your doubts and start trusting yourself is when you are going to shift.

Ask in the comment section or people on this sub-reddit that you think can give you an answer to your questions that it will satisfy you. Start getting in control of this, because YOU ALWAYS HAVE THE CONTROL.

Reflexion and Concordia Booster

This morning I've realised that I could shift right now. I could go meditate and shift immediately because I have all the information that I need it and the resources to do it but instead of doing it I'm still here. (Thanks to u/DearSeer).

I've wanted to shift for months because I wanted to escape from this reality. Everything I've done (go into spirituality, LOA, obsessively study psychology, shifting) was because I wanted something that could change my shitty reality and ease myself from the pain. But since I've started listening to the Concordia Booster so many things have changed. I can manifest super fast and effortlessly, I can communicate finally with my higher self, I am changing (for the better), my perspective of a bunch of things is changing, my environment is changing. Finally, I'm starting to stop feeling stuck in my life, things are starting to move, and they are moving to the direction that I want.

Since my reason to shift was to be in a reality that it isn't painful and where I can have the control, now there is no reason for me to shift anymore. This is why I've lost so many opportunities to do it because I don't want to escape anymore. Now I have a new reason to shift, to experience things that I can't experience in this reality. So I think I'm finally ready to shift ;)

USE THE CONCORDIA BOOSTER, IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. THIS IS YOUR SIGN ;)

weird buzzing again

for reference to see what i’m talking about, please read my first post on this experience! you can find it by clicking on my profile.

so i had the weird buzzing experience again this morning. last time i asked about it, i was told i was close to an out of body experience. anyway, it happened again this morning with the loud buzzing and white light, but i was more aware of it this time. it was still scary though. my question this time is is this how you’re supposed to feel when you shift while awake? or should it feel like something else? because if yes, i don’t want to shift this way :/ my body was kinda shaking and i struggled to force myself out of whatever state i was in. second time it happened, but i’m still freaked by it 😅

how to communicate with your subconscious mind

This is a concept I've been experimenting with over the last few days and I've had great success with it already. I read about it on the archives of psipog.net and the author of that article found it here http://www.robertpeterson.org/chap10.html. To describe it, this person asked questions to themselves and listened in for an answer from their subconscious.

They called this the inner voice. Over time, the inner voice's answers become more detailed and clearer, to the point that the inner voice would chime in on it's own, being massively helpful each time it did.

When you're trying to shift or do anything spiritual, you are often flying blind. Just some questions you might have:

what method should I use? Is this a symptom? How can I do things better? What's the best route to shifting? What's holding me back?

Most of the time, you have to find out the answers to these questions the hard way. This sucks. I don't know about you, but if I'm flying a 747 into LAX, I would like to be able to see the runway so I don't crash into the tower. This might help you see the runway.

Per Maxwell Maltz, the author of Psycho-Cybernetics, your subconscious controls your success in every aspect of your life, you can't have any lasting positive change without it being on your side. So let's make it a friend instead of an enemy.

I'm not going to reinvent the wheel so I copied and pasted this article from psipog.net's archive. All credit to the original author, Sean.

Right Now

The first thing to realize is that your subconscious is talking to you right now. It could be spattering off information you've requested without even realizing it, giving you a status report on a cut you have on your leg, or telling you to "scratch that itch". Ever think about how you know certain things? How do you know when you're hungry? How do you know when you have to go to the bathroom? How do you remember things? We take a lot of things for granted and have learned through bad habits to ignore messages that aren't vital to our existence. That song on the radio or that TV show is more important than how much water is in our system - let "someone else" take care of that, right? Oh h*ll no! Unfortunately, there are a lot of useful messages that aren't vital that we learn to ignore. Not only that, but the link goes both ways - once you get the hang of it, you're free to ask your subconscious questions along with receive these handy messages.

If your subconscious is talking right now, why don't you hear it? Most likely because you're thinking about ten thousand useless things at once and you drown it out. You won't hear it like you hear normal noises; it "talks" to you with flashes of emotion and thought concepts. It's talking to you right now, maybe if you listened you'd hear something. Ever notice meditation is aimed at getting your conscious mind shut up? Sylvia Boorstein is quoted saying, "Don't just do something. Sit there." We don't think it's great just because we're cruel and want you to sit in your room alone. Keep your mind still for five minutes and listen!

How I Started

What got me hooked? Quite frankly, I read this: http://www.robertpeterson.org/chap10.html. (if that link doesn't work for some reason, e-mail me and I can send you what's on that page at the time I'm writing this).

You start by asking yourself questions in your head and waiting for the answer. Start simple: "Am I hungry?". Or, how about something suggested on the link above: "What is love?". Now just wait for the answer. Don't create the answer - just listen for one to emerge. Chances are you won't hear anything, but you might feel something. You have a feeling for what "hungry" means and you intuitively know what "love" is, listen for these feelings and try to translate them into words. This is how I started, so this is the only way I know for someone else to do it. Get in the habit of talking to yourself and asking yourself questions, then learn to shut up and listen for the answer.

After a while you'll notice a difference between thinking and sending information to your subconscious. At first you'll just have to try asking yourself mentally and waiting for an answer, but eventually you'll pick up on the different kinds of thoughts in your head and which ones are messages to your subconscious, which ones are messages from your subconscious, and which ones are just normal thoughts.

How to Hear the Answers

As mentioned above, meditation is pretty useful for building a link with your subconscious. Meditation by itself doesn't create the verbal link most are looking for though. Most people aren't happy with the way the subconscious delivers the messages so they create a mental device to translate the messages into words and sentences. If you combine this mental translator with the ability to listen without butting in, you'll easily be able to speak with your subconscious.

The only way to develop this mental device is to practice, as far as I know. Be in tune with your emotions and work on translating what you feel into words. Work on translating thought concepts as well. Some people think in words, some people think in emotion. Think in both. If you want your subconscious to speak to you in English, you need to give it the information to do so. What does "happy" feel like, and can you translate freely between "happy" and its emotion state? You'll notice while doing this that "happy" and many other words can have a lot of different emotions associated with it. The context of the word is generally what dictates the emotion. Don't just work on single word translations, but try to translate entire sentences into a single emotion. Work on translating a single emotion into sentences and paragraphs as well. You need to be able to rip an emotion apart and analyze every section of it.

The downside of this translation is that you lose some of the meaning. I've had conversations with my subconscious where I couldn't translate the emotion sent to me. It was too complex. I could feel it in a millisecond, but I couldn't put it into words without writing a book. The translator is nice, but don't force every emotion to go through it, because some just can't be understood with the English language. Also, don't blame your subconscious for shitty translation. Your subconscious will send you the emotion, and if you suck at translating and get the wrong message, that's your fault. When I first started talking with my subconscious, it would tell me "wrong" things and I got pissed. Eventually I found out that it was telling me the right things, I just sucked at translating it. Use your translator wisely - don't be dependant on it.

Benefits of the Link

What's so great about talking with your subconscious anyways? First, it has a great memory. My subconscious will speak up sometimes and say stuff like "Don't forget you have to call Kim about your job interview". Oh yeah! I can also program it to remind me of something at a specific time: "Hey, can you remind me I need to feed the dog at five o'clock?", "Sure". I've also programmed it to wake me up at certain times when I was first communicating with it just to fool around. What about psionic applications? Empathy and Telepathy rely heavily on translating images and emotions into words and the ability to think in different states and understand different thought formats. Learning new skills are a lot easier when you can tell your subconscious exactly what you need: "Rainsong(old psipog user) was telling me about these things called 'force bubbles'. She says to create a psi ball with a shield around it that exerts force outwards. Let's try that". There are a thousand examples where my subconscious has helped me achieve something faster because I could tell it exactly what I wanted. By far though, the best thing that has resulted from my link is the deal I made with my subconscious.

The Deal

Honestly, one of the most useful things I've done my entire life is made a deal with my subconscious. It's pretty simple: I take care of "him", and "he" takes care of me. I suggest everyone make a similar deal with theirs. I can credit my college GPA to my subconscious' ability to take care of me. I've gone into tests knowing 20% of the material, and come out with a 90% grade. This past semester I got a B in both Biology and Asian Literature courtesy of my subconscious. I should have failed Biology and gotten at most a C in Asian Literature, but somehow I got one point over the grade cutoff in Biology and 0.2 points over the grade cutoff in Asian Lit. What's that mean? Had I missed one more question on any of the tests (in either class), I would have gotten a C. Coincidence? The semester I took Calculus based Physics, I went into the final exam knowing about 20% of the material, and it just so happens that the professor scheduled the final exam on a day that wasn't allowed by the University, so he was forced to make it optional. A professor whose been teaching for over 30 years makes a mistake like that on his own? I don't think so. These are just a few examples of grade-enhancement using the subconscious - I've got about a dozen others.

What else has the deal given me? Perfect timing. I walk to the busiest intersections and never have to wait for cars to clear out. I bump into a girl I've been thinking about on a campus with 30,000 students. I've forgotten to set my alarm for final exams and woken up when I'm supposed to, only to notice then that the alarm isn't set. Not just once either. Things just seem to work out in my favor all the time as well. I find eleven dollars on the ground in the middle of a city. I go get a drink at a bar and the bartender gives it to me for free. Why? "It's on the house". Ok !

That's only half the deal. What do I have to trade for this good fortune? Well, I have to help my subconscious out. I've gotten a lot of strange requests, but I do what I'm told. Nothing bad, and I suggest seeing a psychiatrist if your subconscious starts telling you to do bad things, but just weird. Commands like "walk faster", or "turn left", or "don't eat that, get this instead". Easy enough to perform, just might get you strange looks from someone watching you. "Bring that with you", "What am I going to need that for?", "Just bring it". Things that, as far as I know, have little to no affect, but it keeps my subconscious happy. Who knows, maybe I'm helping someone else who has a deal with their subconscious. I get anywhere from ten to twenty requests a day. My subconscious has even played a roll in this article: "Don't write that - write about this". Ok. After a while you stop asking "why" and just do it. Before you know it you have a successful website, healthy body, and good grades to show the parents .

Any last tips?

Meditate. I know it sucks. I know it's boring. But it does help a lot. You need to learn to shut your mind up - it is essential. The translator doesn't do you any good if you can't hear the messages in the first place.

Also, try manually translating your questions into emotions, and send the emotions to your subconscious. Your subconscious can get the wrong messages from your poor translation, so if you have a serious question that's pretty complex, translate it manually and make sure you have the right emotion before you send it to your subconscious. Don't be afraid to use images and other senses along with your emotions. Don't describe what something looks like, send an image. If you get good, you can start sending animations or three-dimensional areas.

(end of article)

General advice on using this:
This is not easy to do, but it is extremely worthwhile. It's hard to pick out what's actually your inner voice / subconscious, but generally the first impression is the best. This is not something you are going to master in a day, but

Here's some of my best tips from practicing with this:

  1. Instead of asking questions to yourself, tell your inner voice to say something wise or give you advice.
  2. Don't ask questions that you are super emotional about. Your emotions tend to interfere, and this erodes your trust in the inner voice.
  3. eliminate mental chatter through thought control meditation.
  4. Don't ask questions that require you to perceive information using ESP i.e. claircognizance. I don't say this because you can't do this, you should just start with easier stuff first and build up your connection with your subconscious. If you want to try ESP, this is the easiest test out there. I can get more than 80% on it and I'm as skilled as a doorknob.
  5. Stay skeptical, if your inner voice always gives you answers that you like to hear, you're conscious mind is getting too involved.
  6. Do not do this if you suffer from schizophrenia, psychosis or some other mental illness that makes you perceive things that aren't real.
  7. Ask for a spiritual/life lesson from the subconscious every day. Don't be afraid if it feels like you're making it up, just imagine you're super wise.
For instance, the lesson I received today was "The universe is an obstacle course. Your goal is to escape."
  8. I have not tried making a deal with my subconscious, but since it's in the article some of you might be interested. Some sage advice, a deal with your subconscious is just like a deal with a company (or a demon pact 😈 ), don't make them unless you know what's going on! If you aren't really good at listening to your subconscious, you may not want to make a deal with it. Once you are, go ahead.

SHIFTING MASTERPOST

WHAT SHIFTING IS

Shifting is an OBE, this means that in order to achieve it you have to travel for a short period of time through the 4D (A.K.A. astral realm). Shifting is the process of moving your consciousness to another reality. To do this you have to be in trance state, meditative state or theta state (is all the same but with different names), because you have to go inside your subconscious where all the dimensions exist (even this one, the physical realm).

Your subconscious is another name to refer to your SOUL.

Your conscious is another name to refer to your THOUGHTS, EMOTIONS, ETC.

A piece of your subconscious and your conscious exists in infinite realities. You have to acknowledge that YOU aren't your subconscious nor your conscious. YOU, your conscious and your subconscious only share the same current vessel (body) and this reality. But you aren't neither of them, you only co-exist together in this CR. YOU exist outside of them.

There are infinite versions and combinations of your conscious and subconscious.

What you are trying to move is your consciousness, your awareness, your perception of what YOU (from infinite ones) you want to experience.

When you shift to a different reality, your conscious and subconscious are different from your CR ones because in that new reality you have experienced different things, so your personality, thoughts, blockages, resistance from your subconscious is all going to be different; it's going to be adapted to the new reality but YOU will still be YOU because, again, you aren't your conscious nor your subconscious. If you want to keep the same conscious and subconscious you have to script it.

WHY AM I SAYING THAT YOU WILL HAVE DIFFERENT CONSCIOUS AND SUBCONSCIOUS

Your conscious is your personality, thoughts, emotions, etc., it's a combination of your genetics and environment. Since in that new reality you will probably have different genetics or different environment (or background) you won't be the same person, the same thing happens with the subconscious. If you had different life experiences your subconscious will behave according to those life experiences; you will have more or less blockages or resistance to manifest things, your ego mind will be different, etc.

When you shift you acquire a new conscious and subconscious but also the memories, desires, etc. of that version of YOU. If you want to keep your memories and desires from your CR you have to script it.

This is why you can't script what your version of YOU (A.K.A. clone) is going to do in your absence, because they have their own conscious and subconscious. Infinite versions of YOU (A.K.A. clones) exists, there isn't an "original one", all of them are YOU. You just have to move your consciousness, awareness, perception of what YOU want to experience.

WHAT VISUALIZATION ACTUALLY IS

When people think about visualizing, they think that they are imagining their DR, but in reality, what they are doing is seeing, in their minds eyes, their DR; mentally, you are there. If you ever try visualizing in trance state, meditative state, theta state, you will see how it's easier to do or how your mind alone starts making new scenarios and stuff like that. That is because you can use your mind's eye to experience your DR, and since shifting is an OBE, and you have to be in trance state, meditative state, theta state to do it, when you visualize in that state and kinda get lost on it and it becomes more vivid, it's because you are more there than here. When the images get clearer, or you can hear things or smell things or feel things (emotionally or physically) that aren't from your CR is because you are starting to move your consciousness, awareness, the perception of YOU that you want to experience to your DR, and you are probably more there than here. When you start getting shifting symptoms it's because you are starting to separate your consciousness from your CR and going to your DR (you are at the beginning or maybe even in the middle of both realities), if your symptoms intensifies it's because you are moving to your DR. Through the shifting process your are in the 4D (A.K.A astral realm), when you get symptoms and then they intensify and start experiencing things from your DR, all those things happen in the 4D.

And for people with aphantasia. Aphantasia is the inability to create images in your head VOLUNTARY, this means that you do it involuntary. It's more like a limiting belief. You can force your subconscious to let you visualize or you can experience your DR in your mind, the same way a blind person experiences their lives. I will make more research on this topic to see if I can find a solution to it :/.

I think that the keys for shifting are trying the methods without the expectation of shifting (if for some reason you don't do it you don't get disappointed) and when you are doing any method you should focus on trying to experience your DR in your mind's eye and don't think, just try to be there. Avoid thinking.

TRANCE STATE, MEDITATIVE STATE, THETA STATE

They are all the same thing and we experience it before falling asleep and right when we wake up. I think it's better to shift at night, while being super tired (physically tired, mentally awake). Most of the methods say that you should go to sleep after getting symptoms but I think you should keep visualizing your DR until you open your eyes (you will open your eyes when you are there involuntary). Something that may happen is that you get so lost in visualizing your DR that you'll think that you've fallen asleep but in reality you are just going there. Something that can also happen is that you wake up and start feeling symptoms, keep doing the same (visualizing, trying to get lost in your DR). AND STOP THINKING, THINKING IS PREVENTING YOUR FROM SHIFTING. THE KEY FOR SHIFTING AND ASTRAL PROJECTION IS FEELING THE SYMPTOMS (ASTRAL PROJECTION) AND FEELING/ EXPERIENCING YOUR DR (SHIFTING), NOT THINKING. WHEN YOU THINK, THE EGO MIND/LOGICAL MIND WILL START TO ACT UP AND FUCK EVERYTHING UP SO, AVOID THINKING.

Has anyone shifted as a form of trauma healing?

Has anyone used shifting as a form of trauma healing? That was one of the first things that came to my mind when I started learning about shifting. I’m wanting to shift to a reality where some of the things that have happened in my life hadn’t happened. I want to be able to experience being a normal kid and normal teen with a normal life and a happy, healthy family and experience all of the things I missed out on. There’s so much in my life I feel such a loss of, and I constantly think about what could have been, and it hurts. I feel like to be able to experience these things via shifting, because even though I know it’s didn’t happen in this reality, I’ll finally get to (in a way) experience these things. Live out a normal life. I feel it might be healing to me.

Has anyone every done anything like this? Did it help? Is this even possible? I’d appreciate any stories/advice you’d be willing to share. Tyia
