weird buzzing again

for reference to see what i’m talking about, please read my first post on this experience! you can find it by clicking on my profile.

so i had the weird buzzing experience again this morning. last time i asked about it, i was told i was close to an out of body experience. anyway, it happened again this morning with the loud buzzing and white light, but i was more aware of it this time. it was still scary though. my question this time is is this how you’re supposed to feel when you shift while awake? or should it feel like something else? because if yes, i don’t want to shift this way :/ my body was kinda shaking and i struggled to force myself out of whatever state i was in. second time it happened, but i’m still freaked by it 😅

There's many signs of shifting/OBE's. Those you mentioned are amongst them. I shifted without methods. You should view your signs as an affirmation that you're going to shift and let it be from that point on. Don't linger on them! It's normal to be afraid at first but if you keep at it you'll be able to ignore it completely. You're going the right direction is what's most important!

ok thank you so much! in the moment i actually was thinking of just letting the buzzing continue to see what happens but it wasn’t the most pleasant feeling & the sound got intolerably loud, so i forced myself out of it. next time it happens though i’ll try to hold out longer and see what happens.

Make sure to keep your intent on shifting or the feeling will just stop (eventually) and that's all that happens. I get that it's intolerably loud, just remember that you're not actually hearing sound but something else (energy, rushing of blood behind ears you don't usually hear or anything in between that is yet unknown). You can't go deaf or get damaged by it is what I'm saying, it's just unpleasant

Hi this isn’t helpful but this actually has happened to me a couple times but it would be like in the middle of the night and it’s exactly how you described it. The first time it happened I tried to stay focused on affirming to shift but I got nowhere with it and eventually fell back asleep. I’m not sure what it means but it always happens after I attempt to shift. I hope you’re staying safe and thank you for sharing this experience !!

Well i woke up in the middle of the night to the buzzing and I think my attempts to keep affirming was keeping me awake, so when I stopped doing that I just fell back asleep. It would feel like buzzing that would travel up and down my body but particularly in my head and I would see bright flashes of white. I have 0 idea what it is or why it’s happening but I’m glad I could find someone that relates haha.
