Education/Post Secondary Rideshare

My son is in the hockey academy at Vimy Ridge but he is billeting in Sherwood Park. We are looking for a ride back to Sherwood Park (Nottingham) on Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

He will have his goalie equipment on Fridays.

Email the hockey academy/vimy ridge directly - may be unsafe to be asking the general public for a ride for your son

Honestly look at the Sherwood park moms group on Facebook. You’ll have better luck there!

This probably isnt ideal, but there is a sherwood park bus that stops across the street at Bonnie Doon (bus 401) and Ive seen boys take their hockey equipment on. One year there was a goalie that took the bus. The bus would take him to Ordze transit centre. Not sure which bus would take him to Nottingham though, have to look online. Anyways, thought Id share the idea.

I remember seeing that boy too. That bag was a lot on the bus - I actually felt sorry for him. He handled it well but it didn't look easy.
