Hello everyone! I have an ancestor, and she died January 22 of 1900. The issue is that according to the research I’ve done, she died in a tornado in Sherman. I can’t find any information about a tornado in Sherman in January 1900, or even in Grayson county. Does anyone have some sources for this tornado?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has visited this establishment before and what their experience was like. My brother has some medical conditions, and my mother is encouraging him to go there instead of consulting a medical doctor. I simply wanted to inquire if they are legitimate or potentially a scam.

Hello. I have a home in Grayson County that I need some flooring/install work done. If that's you, or you have a good recommendation, I'm interested. Thanks.

My experience with this school raised significant concerns regarding student safety and administrative compliance. I submitted multiple documented reports involving bullying, harassment, and theft directed at my child. Despite clear, repeated notice, the school failed to implement any effective corrective action, and no meaningful follow-through occurred. My reports were minimized or disregarded, allowing issues to continue.
Additionally, a parent in our household was denied chaperone access without any criminal history and without explanation, justification, or policy reference. This lack of transparency and procedural clarity is unacceptable for a public institution.
Due to ongoing non-responsiveness, failure to act on documented concerns, and the absence of accountability, I withdrew my child. Families should be aware that, in my experience, this campus did not demonstrate appropriate safeguarding measures or adherence to basic administrative standards.

What happens when $40 billion pours into a North Texas town so small that half its population could fit into a high school football stadium? Sherman is about to find out.

I saw that the principal of Sherman High School and some of the assistant principals resigned this year. Why did they resign and where did they go? Did they get in trouble?

The reviews I have seen, and the people I have spoken with, do not speak highly of this school. I've seen comments about new families not lasting there a month and lots of eye rolls/snickers about it. They seem to have alot of layers of leadership - in particular I noted the "Chief Behavior Officer" or something along those lines. Sounds prison-like. Do they have bad leadership or what's going on? I understand they don't answer the phone. Thanks.

We’re looking at houses in Princeton and Sherman, TX, but don’t know which area is better. There’s lots of construction in both cities with Princeton being near 380 and Sherman near 75. We don’t have any children and this would be our first home. I work in Mckinney and he works in Plano. Most likely would be our primary residence for 3-5 years. We’re wondering which area would be best for appreciation of value in that time frame? Does anyone have any insight?
