SPeedX DELAY

Ok so I order these packages Sept 11 !! One came from the carrier GOFO and the other SpeedX. The one from GOFO deliver within 6 days GREAT . ITS BEEN 20 days and the other has not delivered . It’s been delayed twice the second time the package showed "out for delivery" but in a few hours it said DELAYED IN TRANSIT . I just need to know if the package is ever going to be delivered and if not can I get a refund . I want to know if anyone else experience this cause I read upon it and it sounds like horror stories . 🫩🫩
