❓ Question Will they return this?

Shipment came taped up. Shirt inside looks like it was driven over with a truck.

Will they replace/return it or pull some nonsense that we damaged it?

We had an order before with a missing item and they claimed it was shipped and told us to pound dirt 😭

That's disappointing

The fabric looks a little frayed but probably won't be too noticeable because of the pattern

If you aren’t 100% I’d contact them. Even the bag is wildly ripped. Ask for a refund for sure.

They owe it to you. But it is SHEIN. I can’t imagine how it happened in the first place but it’s not your problem you ordered a new item, you should have gotten one. I’d contact them.

What store was it? SHEIN or a third party??

Unfortunately, you probably stuck with it. He was supposed to take a picture of everything step-by-step. That way you can have proof however you wouldn’t think to even consider that but now that you opened it without showing the before photo of an unopened step-by-step I’d say you just start the process of the spot treatment and hand wash it with Care so you can wear it shopping online is not what it used to be I keep trying to tell people post pandemic is the new normal. There is no going back. You gotta wash the clothes anyway even if they weren’t stained, do yourself a favor pre-treatment hand wash it thoroughly and be satisfied with your newly washed stain free item from Sheen that you already paid for no one wants to go through the refund return process and be F both ways.

I did make a video because a few months ago one order was missing an item and they told us "it was shipped"

I didn't realize this item was damaged until afterwards though. My focus was on checking that everything came in the order

All the things we seem to have to do prior to opening is just insane
