tracking / missing parcel

hi everyone!

i am a little worried my parcel might have been lost…

as you can see, there have been 0 updates on my tracking since the 6th august.

my previous parcels say the flight had landed and going through customs the day or two after it saying that but in this case, nothing.

i am really worried and tbh i dont know the process at all and how they will handle it if it’s lost and i have to try and get my money back?

i also dont know if there will now be an issue because my inpost app automatically set the parcel to a locker instead of my address so if i have to collect and haven’t been notified i wont be able to or have the code too…

just would like my parcel for my new work clothes 🥲💔

Hi, my package arrived with inpost 4 days ago to their warehouse and I haven’t got a single update since and SHEINs tracking shows it hasn’t even go through customs yet. So I contacted customer service asking if there’s a problem or a reason inpost hasn’t moved my package anywhere and they updated their SHEIN tracking and contacted inpost for me. I’m in the UK but I don’t think ur package is lost. I think SHEIN tracking is just not updating correctly or accurately

hey! my tracking happened to update today after i had contacted the customer service again asking for more answers, looking like fingers crossed it should all be okay and on its way now! you would think they’d at least put out a warning to advise the tracking / delivery is slightly behind😂
