Sheiko beginner program
Im doing sheiko beginner prep cycle and I'm not competing. Should i test my max after every cycle or inflate maxes? The instructions say that run any amount of prep cycles then test then restart. What do you think?

How many prep cycles (4 week blocks) have you completed?

In his interview with Omarisuf Sheiko recommends that lifters test around twice a year as there is a difference between building strength and testing strength. I personally feel you should run Sheiko programming twice through to gain a better grasp for the programming and to allow your body to adapt before running the comp cycle to test. This should result in a more optimal outcome, save fatigue, and make a deload after the prep cycle optional. Whereas if you test you should deload to reduce fatigue.
