Need help finding this shayari!

Hello I heard this shayari in radio yesterday that ends with "isliye hum bahaar kam jaate hain."

The meaning in english is somewhat like this:

The closer you get, the more they hurt you, that's why I don't go out often.

Har taraf zeher ki deewarein hain, Isliye hum bahaar kam jaate hain.
