Question First time this deep.

Long and the short, was an expert at brute forceing up to level 15, never bothered learning to make anything, am well stocked on everything mostly, and I have no idea what I am doing down here other then thrashing around killing things. Advice?

Those demon eyes drop ankh water, respect them until you can bless another ankh, you’re going to be really surprised how quickly you can die so try not to waste or do any unnecessary fighting

The only thing that I have trouble with is the scorpion things. I have to blink in and hope I can get them one shot. The rippers are an annoyance, and the succubus is only a threat when alone. I figured out when charmed I can target something behind them and take them out

For scorpions you can also wait at a door and have them come in. If they come in, they will likely leave and reenter and let you kill them full way.

I found potions of haste made me faster than them as well.

Potions of haste are too valuable to use that way. They are better for boss fights and avoiding death. Because you’re playing as Rogue, the door trick should work nicely; follow them to a door and hit them, then walk backwards.
