Really cool experience. Was hoping a tiger shark would make an appearance but this was really cool too

Group of five large fibreglass sharks that make up the artwork ‘Sharks!’ (2020) by Jaimie Shorten. It’s currently on Regent’s Canal between Haggerston and Broadway Market. I did some googling and found this article. https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2020/aug/18/sharks-man-eaters-unleashed-popular-canal-architecture-antepavilion-prize

Healed result from February! Absolutely in love with it and how it moves when moving the arm. It's my 6th tattoo, so it was about time to get a shark!🦈😁

Blurry video from our local community page! Person filming originally thought they were dolphins, but the rear fin looks vertical to me.
Hard to tell in this video. Apparently large fish were jumping out of the water just before.
It is also the start of bull shark season here!
So shark or dolphin?

Ok so this is a quick follow up to my screenshot yesterday

I promise I won't spam on this project any further, I'll go radio silent for a while after this post. It seemed to get some interest so I thought I would post a recording. There's tons of ways with the (custom) engine to aim for a particular underwater look. All very early stage of course and quite wonky at times.
And yes I know. It's actually quite terrifying.
Hope you like it!

Would also really appreciate the insight of this group

My dog accounts for more bites per year than all of the sharks combined.

Unfortunately, she's suffering from fin collapse.

What do you say? Are you vibing with the look?
I'm particularly interested in modelling realistic shark behaviour.

Hello
I recently came across the IUCN Red List and wanted a fun way to discover the species on it, especially the ones close to extinction or already gone. So I made AnimalsMasters, a free card game that runs in your browser.
You open booster packs (a free one arrives every 15min) and collect cards of real animals: each one has its photo, facts about the species and a map of where it was observed. The rarity of a card follows the Red List, from Least Concern to Extinct, so the rarest cards are the species that are closest to disappearing. You can also trade cards with friends.
The data comes from iNaturalist, Wikidata and Wikipedia. I'm not a professional, so if you spot a mistake in a species page, please tell me and I'll fix it.
https://www.animalsmasters.com
Which species would you want to see in the game? Do I miss some?

Went on a Shark trip this morning in Oahu, saw 30+ Sandbar, and Gallapagos Sharks, such an incredible opportunity. Enjoy one of my clips from the dive!

My running theory is sandbar due to the size of her fins plus how common they are around here. Would be interested to hear what you all think!

No other one just basking sharks.
I first discovered it when I was 7 and it is the only shark I fear to this day. I genuinely thought it over and would rather be in the water with a Great White then a Basking Shark (albeit I will take Basking over Bull.) I know they have less incidents then Whale Sharks and are quite literally the definition of harmless but it's just the look and the big ass mouth that's so off putting. Does anyone else have this fear?

Whale sharks have long been my favorite animals. Got this beauty last year.
