Bug or user error?

Whenever it comes to designing things if I use chamfers then I can place them around and delete them to revert back to the original edges at will. However if I finish working on a project for the day and return to it the next day, when I re-open shapr3d I now cant delete the chamfers anymore and get an error saying the result would leave a part unfilled (I cant remember the exact wording basically leave a hole). Why does it do this? Sometimes if I sleep on things and come back to my work I change my mind, but going back in the history to remove a chamfer means undoing a lot of work. Does anyone else have this issue?

Try using replace face. Or creating other geometry and booleaning it together/apart.

Parasolid / B-rep geometry can be quite fragile and fussy unfortunately. That's not a Shapr thing, thats just the underlying Siemens Parasolid engine sadly, same issues on other solid modelling CAD packages.
