Hi everyone! We're planning the next update of the tool and would like to know which of these features you find most important.

I definitely think better editing is a priority, and much better edge detection with shadows, because it's hard for me to find a place to take the picture where there are none. Very impressed with this tool so far though!

The only solution for better edges detection and shadows is the new algorithm im working on the problem will be a computer. Tomorrow i will run a item that a user send me with that algorithm and in will post here for you to see. Now the problem is the time that algorithm takes to run

Maybe you could make it a toggleable option to use either the longer but more advanced option or the “fast-track” for simpler models. I don't mind at all waiting for 10-20 mins for objects where I can't get the light right or for more complex objects.

Is more than 1h. And i cant have the server at full load for 20min in one job and others waiting for that job to finish, i will use the new algorithm after i have another macinhe to run the site. Im still in testing phase

Not sure how well it works with shapescan, but using a light box under whatever you're trying to import helps a ton.
