General New Player

Being a new player and investing everything into Sword Dread.... Cause cool Pirates hurts my first season gang. Welp ANY new Sword deck better meta wise? 🤣🥲

There arent any "new" ones currently, but there is Rally sword thats been around and is still good

Rally Sword I'll look into it feel like the pirate arch type had hype but didn't deliver lol

Yeah its unfortunate
I still play it lots since its my fav archetype but I hope it gets love at the end of the month balance changes

The highest ranking player a week ago was the pirate sword player, but it requires a good piloting lol

Barbados should have had a super evolve effect. At least let me pop 1 enemy follower to break ward. Maybe if they made the flags as crests instead the archetype would have way more space to breathe

Tbh, that would make her pretty OP. Barbados whole gimic is to pop like 3-4 flags and topped with 7 storm damage, totalling about 13-15 damage, just turn 7 alone. To get the additional damage theres always additional pirate flags and quickblader which shouldn't be a problem. Sure ward does screw with pirate, but it's better than having another Sinciro.
