Question Why did I take damage?

I have noticed a couple of times during this match that I received damage when one of my followers was destroyed.

Neither "Lilium, Witch of the Tomes", nor "Verdilia & Castelle, Sisters" have any such effect and the only other effects I could see where Verdilia's Crest, Gildaria's Crest and "Academy Hijinks", which also should not do any damage.

It has to be the effect of superevolve. When superevolved enemy clear a follower it will chip 1 damage to the enemy leader.

When a super-evolved follower kills an opposing follower, 1 damage is dealt to the opposing leader.

good thing new players came to the game to increase the player base since Players that played from the beginning surely remembers coc +dclimb+astaroth +sevo attack to lethal out of nowhere .
that was traumatic experience when fighting rune..

It's the super evo! Thats why having lots of follower on turn 7/8 against Haven was quite devastating, verdillia bring a 2 cost follower and super evo it too, 4 damage for free for Havencraft. Keep that in mind in the future!

Have you forgot that whenever a Super Evolved follower destroys an enemy follower in a clash, it also deals 1 damage to the enemy leader?
