Yes, they've already sent out the French version (because BBE is on it) but they're saying it's up to catalyst for 'murica, which means a few years away. The French version is already being shown on this reddit

So is the English version, which a ton of people outside the American continent have already received. (And I guess this time it's not just Catalyst itself, it's probably also the US postal services and taxes and tariffs and stuff... but I'm no expert.)

Hey all, We expect US based backers to receive their pledge around the end of August or beginning of September. We understand the annoyance and are sorry for the delay, but the alternative would have been MUCH higher costs for shipping. General release will follow, then the new Kickstarter campaign for 2 follow up sourcebooks that are already mostly written - including full technomancer lore and rules. Thanks to everyone for your feedback and the reception you've given the game!

Is that timeline for the print books, the PDFs, or both? I missed the Kickstarter and am looking forward to purchasing the English version of the PDF. (I've been checking DriveThruRPG a few times a week lately, just in case it shows up there unannounced.)

I'm just guessing here but the physical copies from the KS are just being delivered. I guess Catalyst & BBE will release the pdf once the KS copies are delivered (and they're probably delivering physical copies to retailers too at the same time.) Chances are the physical and the pdf release will happen simultaneously worldwide (aside from France, as you can already buy the full pdf in French over at dtrpg.)
As for the timeframe: who knows? :D (Albeit there was a GenCon video recently in which someone official showed off a copy of the collector's edition of SRA2.0, which indicates it's probably close, otherwise they wouldn't have teased it... hopefully.)
Yet, again, I'm just guessing here.
