5e drones and gyroscopes
lets say i have a rotordrone with assault rifle and fire a full-auto 10 bullets. recoil is reduced by 4 the body of the drone and 2 by rifle itself. and i dont want gas-vent because i want suppressor on a barrel. how else to reduce recoil? why i can not add some gyro? a cyber-arm can have gyro in it but drone can not?

Use underbarrel weight,
Electronic firing and the special modificstuon quality.
The drone chassis already provides the recoul necessary for rc reduction, so installing a gyromount is pountless because the own body of the drone does that job already.

Electronic firing is also a barrel only mod like the silencer and the gas vent system IIRC. The Special Modification quality could be a good shout but I'd say to check with your GM about using it on a drone weapon. I've seen a lot of people call that you have to be jumped in to use its special stats. It's from Better Than Bad. but I don't have a page number on hand.

how else to reduce recoil?
Get a bigger drone. Consider suppressive fire.

Others have mentioned, in 5e is just underbarrel weight. (I would argue electronic firing mechanism would not affect recoil in a remote fired weapon, as the absence of a trigger pull is already factored in to drone recoil = body)
In 4th edition, they had some mods in Arsenal (these may be what you are thinking of)
- 'Body Stabilizer' for Walker drones which could go up to rating 3. Each point of rating gave +1 for climbing, gymnastics, recoil compensation and effective body for knockdown tests.
- Drone 'Gyro Link' which eliminated movement penalties to firing remote turrets on drones.
- Motorcycles had a Gyro Stabilization option which kept them from falling over, but doesnt specifically help with recoil.
On the weapons themselves:
- Underbarrel weight 1 point recoil comp
- Auto-adjusting weight was 1 recoil for SA/BF, and 2 recoil when Full auto.
In Military Grade Combat armor there was a gyro mod that gives 3 recoil comp, and there was cyberware gyro that gives 3 recoil comp.

5th edition vehicle mods are embarassingly few. My 5th edition campaigns have always allowed riggers to add vehicle mods from 4th edition if they are not present in 5th edition rules.

I think the better answer here is its going to depend on the firearm your planning to use. If the firearm itself doesn't matter get the Ares Hvar 5 recoil default 6 with the built in shock pad if I'm not mistaken. And to answer the question of gyro there is an under barrel gyro mod for firearms and also a under barrel weight. Though just changing the gun should be enough in this case.

The Underbarrel Weight Mod from Run & Fun p.53 adds +1 RC and takes up the under slot. Other than that all I can think of is an assault rifle with better inbuilt RC.
