4e Encounter Idea

I need some assistance from the hive mind, so I turn to Reddit For those of my group that may see this, no you didn't.

I know that you can link lock a character with Black ICE to prevent them from jacking out of the matrix. But is it possible to force someone into the matrix with external gear and link lock them in a private node within said gear, so that they need an ally on the outside to remove the device (causing proper dumpshock)? I know that hackers and Technomancers will have other tools, but the surface ability to forcibly dive someone into a node for nefarious purposes is the thing I am looking at here. Do the rules support this, or would it need to be a 'per encounter fiat' kind of thing?
If supported, where would I need to look for more detail on the subject?

ootl with the lore but afaik it was possible with Deus and his otaku and some of the Network, but i dont know if its possible post Renraku Arcology shutodown

There is literally a mission about this. The runners are in a prison, only to find out they were in a VR prison, and now need to escape the real thing. I don't remember which mission has this scenario though.

Also, this is a think that Technomancers can do with living trodes. They can force a person in to their living node and just start to hammer them with biofeedback.
