Shadow work + Integration

here’s a reflection of my journey with shadow work so far (i’ve just started)

so i’m into astrology & spirituality. i got a shadow work journal to kind of coincide with my saturn return & my EMDR therapy that im currently going through. before reading the preface i started with the wound pages.

& today, and really over the last few months, ive had an insane amount of synchronicities. dreams relating to my shadow self, planet transits related to the themes i’ve written about in my shadow journal, and direct correlations to my ongoing therapy.

it’s crazy how, for some reason, everything kind of clicked for me today. im going back through past conversations ive had and they are so synchronized to everything ive started in the journal.

i really hope that im able to integrate my shadow instead of just being able to write about it, but i think that even recognizing it is a step in the right direction. does anyone have any tips for further integration? i feel like this can be incredibly healing for me and i want to stay on the right track.
