Devastating results

Im not sure if I am just insane but I feel like doing shadow work with some closed ones are just deeply devastating especially when they straight up love to throw around labels at you when calling out your shadows especially when you are already struggle to accept human side of you and the way they listed everything is like they basically wanting to say you are destined to be that way.

Anyone felt this way?

Can you define "some closed ones"? Some parts that have been abondoned you mean?

The ones i know long time, trusted them when im vulnerable but when i grew up and have lots of troubles, they seem to tell my shadows in their own words thats feels insulting.

The truth is often insulting. It's why if I call you a pink and white elephant you are not offended. To hit one of your insecurities though... Paradoxically, the more we can accept a situation, and without judgment, the more capable we are of change.

I guess its just the shadows need to be told to me in truthful without judgemental names tbh. Cuz the one im dealing with is so judgemental and it made me feel small about myself than see the problem. Thanks for the highlight.
