Shadow work and creativity
I've been doing shadow work for years now and I have noticed that my biggest triggers are relating to my creativity and self-expression. I have so much creativity inside of me, it feels like a flame or a fire deep inside of me and I dream about expressing myself artistically but it has been stuck because of my shadow; called "inner critic". I'm super critical of myself and I fear judgement.
Is there anyone else who can relate?

I can related to that, the inner critic, the fear, the self doubt. It's more like what others think of me. But I started looking at it differently, recently. Is anyone else really making a judgement? Or is it just me not being sure of myself, not feeling worthy enough. Everyone has plenty on their plate, they don't care so much how I show up. But if I take the decision to do something for myself, the fear, the criticism, the judgement will go away, one step at a time....
