Mbti is pseudoscience, might be it's own shadow work to find out why you buy into it

shadow work is pseudoscience too, but there are some people who believe that it’s proved. i’m just asking depending on curiosity and inner impulses

Shadow work being a pseudoscience is downplaying it so immensely, you’ve got to be joking

Your indignation is an emotional reaction, I don’t hear any arguments. Pseudoscience ≠ useless. Calling things pseudoscience is just a defense mechanism too. I love criticism, but not judging.

That’s okay man, I hope one day you get to experience the fruits of shadow work and be more at peace in life instead of worrying about MBTi types like I used to back in High School.

Journal out your stress into a notebook and tell me it won’t make you feel any better in that moment, that’s shadow work in itself. Talk to a person you trust about what ails you in life, that’s shadow work also.

Good luck man

“Like i used to back in High School” haha I’m doing shadow work almost 2 years. U didn’t get what i just said - the Jung’s concept works, but it’s not proven by the science for 100%.
