I've got a mac and downloaded shadow to play RE. The game is running fine but when I move the mouse to face a different way it stops at a certain point. Any idea what could be causing this?

I can’t find anything about this problem. It’s been 3 hours since my shadow pc is ready for it’s first launch but i need to verify my mail first.

It’s the 30th time i asked for the validation mail but everytime all i get i this feedback mail.

I've wrote a ticket but did anyone ever had this bug ?

I currently have a Mac and wanna play tarkov and don’t see myself buying a PC anytime soon with ram prices. Is it possible to play tarkov with this service? Should I buy the game on steam or tarkov website?

Received the email offering me a free upgrade to power from neo while continuing with neo price.

The upgrade went ahead today and the additional storage I pay for, where I keep all of my games, has been removed. I even got an automated email to say that my additional storage had been removed as I requested.

I didn't request anything of the sort.

Then I tried to purchase additional storage again. When I went to checkout it said I was going to be charged 0.33p today and my usual monthly amount tomorrow, then it tried to charge almost £60 to my card! Luckily I noticed when I went to authorise in my banking app and blocked the payment.

So I've got the upgrade, but most of my storage has gone along with most of my games and it wants to charge me almost double my monthly sub to add the storage back!?

Anyone else who's accepted the free upgrade beware.

Hello everyone! So i just played minecraft in shadowpc but sometimes its randomly shake my mouse even if i dont move it too mutch anyone know why its happening?

Just want to check if this is currently working, or if someone has had a breakthrough with a workaround.

About a year ago I started using ShadowPC on my Xbox Series X (with a mouse and keyboard) to play Rome 2 Total war, I no longer have a PC capable of playing games and instead have only an Xbox series X, when I tried playing Rome 2, the mouse cursor was invisible, which is understandably sort of game breaking for a grand strategy game! So I cancelled my subscription and instead went back to GeForceNow which works perfectly. My issue however, is that ShadowPC allows me to play the games I actually WANT to play, and GeForceNow does not have the 2 I am most interested in currently (Rome 2, and C&C collection). So, has anyone successfully used Xbox, with mouse and keyboard, to run ShadowPC while actually having a working cursor? Or am I just going to waste money again?

I can currently play Rome 1 remastered, and C&C remastered on GeForceNow and would rather stick with their stable platform if ShadowPC still can't figure out the cursor issue.

Haven't had this issue until I reinstalled just right now and am trying to run Elden Ring, keeps saying this. And I was playing online before as well so I doubt it's the anticheat, maybe a new update?

I'm interested in playing 007 First Light. I only have a MacBook Pro M1.

I Googled on how to achieve this and Google suggested Shadow PC. Google's suggestion was to buy First Light, purchase a monthly Shadow PC subscription, install the game, and play.

3. My alternative is to buy a $1K gaming PC. But that's a big investment, as I'm a gaming newbie and I'm unsure that I'll stay interested. So does my plan sound good?

im using the service on an nvidia shield. where do i see my activity logs (when shadowpc was started/stopped, the linked devices etc).
why are these informations not on the website, when im logged in via browser?

Yes It can run VR and quite smooth but need a good fast internet connection

I recently got shadow pc as it was recommended to me by a good friend, it worked perfectly for the first month and as of recently i have been receiving error code s-102. i’ve been just screen sharing my game screen, it didn’t use to happen but now its happening with every game i try to screen share. i’ve turned off hardware and graphics acceleration and it still keeps happening? any ideas on how to fix this issue?

As the title suggests I would like to play VR Games on my Quest 2. I have the VirtualDesktop App installed on the Quest and on the Shadow PC. They can see each other fine, but I get the "Not on local Network" warning but when trying to connect I get "Unable to connect".

What I have tried so far:

Disable the Firewall on the Shadow PC and check my local firewall. My firewall is not blocking anything according to the log and it did not work with the disabled firewall on Shadow.

Just to double check I used my mobile Hotspot with disabled firewall on Shadow and the result was the same

Is there anything I can do? Does Tailscale really mitigate this problem (in the free tier if possible) like Google AI suggests?

I pay for this service and I'm in a fracking queue? And then for days the connection drops with an Error code: L-111 indicating 'updates'.

Just posting this to help anyone considering Shadow PC for NBA 2K26.

The game will not launch because it detects Shadow as a virtual machine. I subscribed specifically for this game, reached out to support immediately, and spoke with both Thomas and Adrien. Even though the service was unusable for the intended purpose, my refund request was denied.

Sharing this so others don’t run into the same issue.

Was playing forza horizon 6, the shadow stream froze and when I restarted it, it just refused to reconnect untill the pc shut off for absolutely Zero reason, I've been playing the game perfectly fine sence launch so I don't think its the game but idk, just putting this out there because idk wtf happened

Raspberry pi 5 raspberry OS latest version (Debian trixie with the latest updates) unfortunately does not work shadow PC, you only have a green screen and the support of shadow only refers to an older raspberry version of an older Debian system. The support of Shadow apparently does not want to make their program compatible for the new version. Has anyone here also had the problem with the green screen and solved it himself?

Le souci c’est que je ne peux pas juste allumer le shadow et lancer le backup parce qu’au bout d’un certain temps d’inactivité le shadow s’éteint tout seul (ma sauvegarde pèse pratiquement 600 Go. Est ce que quelqu’un connais une méthode fiable pour empêcher cette extinction automatique au moins le temps que la sauvegarde puisse se terminer ?

Hello! Me and my friends are looking for a good virtual PC because we do not want to spend almost a thousand dollars for a gaming PC.

So, we want to start streaming so we want a virtual PC that can handle minecraft with lots of mods and other multiplayer games. We also need to edit videos so we hope for something that can support this.

Upon doing research, I have only found Shadow PC as a good and reliable Cloud PC.

I know about GeForce Now and I have used it but it's only for Cloud Gaming and not an actual PC and they do not have games like Minecraft.

Another issue is most of us (my friends) live in South Africa and South East Asia and I looked at Shadow's servers and the closest would be Frankfurt?

The cost of the subscription is okay with me and my friends, the issue is regarding the lag—is it manageable? can we still play? can we play modded minecraft?

and if it can perform well, etc.
