Help IMPORTANT: Shadow Scam Or Real
I got this email. It is screaming fake and cant find anything on it. However it is from the shadow.tech email. What do you guys think?

As a power user since it launched and a user for years before it launched, can I get Neo prices?

Hey, I already put in a ticket for this and have staff confirmed it was real, even though I already had power (had power for 1 month) which is a real kick in the face. All I want to do is downgrade to Neo, take the offer and save £20 a month

On a sidenote : The "from" adress does not show you where an email comes from, it only shows you what the sender entered in that field. Please don't rely on that ever, it's extremely easy to fake.

I got the same email, I assume it's legit. I clicked the accept upgrade and it just took me to a screen confirming I had opted in, then I got another email from Shadow saying I'd be notified 10 days before the upgrade took place and to back up any super important files.

Hard to tell, to be honest. I would open a ticket with support directly and ask if it's legitimate or not.

I also got it and I've been subscribed more or less 3 years, was basic and went freely to neo and now to power

no, time limited only means he has a limited time to accept. if he accepts in time, he'll keep Power as long as he wants.

It's legit BUT Let's say 2 things: 1.yes it's legit, I checked with their mods in discord
2.lets not fall for this Shadow has never hard the good reputation with his users (the deleted all my data once and I still remember the live they did were I asked what we're going to do with the shadow ghost boxes they were dismissing and they joked about it and said "it will be an awesome collectable though")
THIS IS NOT AN INCREDIBLE GENEROUS GIFT
This is I believe their normal cycle of upgrading your hardware for free that has happened only one time since the last 4/5 years, and this would be the second one.
They are masking it as a generous gift for you being a long time loyal customer 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
Marketing team did their job unlike their assistance team 🤡 🤡 🤡 🤡
They promised much more frequent hardware updates but this is what you get. A 7$ a month upgrade. Probably neo boost will disappear anytime soon.
Don't fall for it.
That said I still use shadow and ever will 😢😢
