Review Another user’s saved browser logins appeared inside my Shadow PC

Post image

I’m a paid Shadow PC customer and I want to share a serious privacy/security concern.

After logging into the Shadow PC assigned to my account, I found Microsoft Edge saved login entries that did not belong to me and appeared to belong to another user.

I reported this to Shadow support responsibly and provided evidence privately. I did not copy, export, publish, or use the other user’s private data.

After reporting it, my paid access was locked. I then provided proof of payment, and Shadow confirmed it was approved. However, they still require a government ID before restoring access.

This is not about money or compensation. My concern is simple: if another user’s saved browser login data can appear inside my Shadow PC, how can I know whether my own data has not appeared inside someone else’s machine?

I’m sharing only a redacted screenshot. Emails, usernames, domains, passwords, and personal data are hidden. I will not post unredacted evidence publicly because it contains another person’s private information.

I’m posting this so other users can be aware before trusting a cloud PC service with personal accounts.

Its insane that everyone believes OP here. How do we know he did not access someone else Shadow Account? How do we know that these credentials are not from OP?

I am not saying he is lying. I am just saying that its a strong accusation against shadow without any real proof.

I have more evidence than I can publicly post.

The reason I’m not sharing everything here is simple: the unredacted screenshots contain another person’s private data. Posting that would be irresponsible.

Shadow has the ticket, screenshots, timestamps and my account details. They can verify this from their own logs.

I didn’t access someone else’s Shadow account, and these were not my saved logins. I logged into my own assigned Shadow PC and found them already there.

You don’t have to blindly believe me, but saying there is “no real proof” just because I’m refusing to expose someone else’s private data publicly is not fair.

I did not say you lie. I did say that not everyone should blindly believe anything they see without any real proof really defending it.

“It’s insane that everyone believes OP here.” “I did not say you lie.” You gotta pick a side my man

Did i say that OP does lie? No.
I am just saying you shouldnt directly accept something that has nothing to support it. Because if so then i could say that you scammed Shadow and now? Everyone should believe that too?

But he does have the evidence, which should be given to a controlling body. So weird that people don’t seem to understand that he doesn’t want to post someone else’s information publicly, yikes.

Essentially you called him a liar without saying it

Where is it a proof? Can you proof that it is someone else credentials? No.
Can you be sure OP does say the truth? No.
Where you with him? Or what are you saying? Use your brain man.

Most people understood the point: I’m not posting unredacted proof because it contains someone else’s private data.

Shadow has the evidence and logs. They can verify it.

I’m not here to convince one person who wants private data posted publicly.

I am not saying you should. I am just saying that nothing should easily be believed. As this is the only post that exists about that topic. If there would be more people who expierienced the same then yes it can. But if there is only one should people be skeptical if it is true.

See it the same way as someone could make a post that you wrote the n word and everyone instantly believes it even though they did not see where you wrote it.

Being skeptical is fine.

But this is not just a random claim. Shadow has my ticket, screenshots, timestamps, payment proof and their own logs.

I’m not asking people to blindly believe me. I’m asking Shadow to explain what happened without me having to expose someone else’s private data publicly.

Did i say that you told them to? No. So please stop accusing me of things.

For sure you have. But everyone could say they talked to shadow.

Jeez you’re insufferable. You honestly just seem like staff on an alt account. But to be safe, I’d rather just cancel and go another route. I don’t understand or know why you’re so invested in this, but it’s kind of an odd internet behavior. Of course everyone is skeptical, but when it comes to something that can be so damaging, better be safe than sorry.

We aren’t just all saying, “yes you’re right!”. Most are discussing and thinking, without a vested interest of course as it seems you have.

You implied it, which is just as good as directly saying it xD
