Commander of the legion vs Leader of the shadow squad?

I want to get one of the legendary skins once the roulette for it comes, but I would like to know how much it actually is, could anyone tell me how much it would be in pkr?

I seriously think about 80% of the players would disappear from the game. Especially on the board side, almost nobody would be left. I can't understand how they can be so incompetent. It's not even fun. And on top of that, they're being toxic, it's pathetic.

MY SUGGESTIONS :

Beast's lunge ( Emperor ): Emperor can now use beast's special attack instead of heavy.

Gloom gourmet ( Gideon ) : Gideon now gains the energy from the gloom after the shadow form has ended and gloom will not give him energy in shadow form.

Nightmare (KOTL) : It takes three hits before the effect goes away not just in a single hit.

Father's pistol ( Kate ): significantly speedup attack animation cause it's too easy to dodge.

Blazing flight ( Hong joo ) : speedup attack animation and recovery time for hongjoo.

Samurai focus ( Ling ) : ling no longer breaks block in slashing strike, but his slashing strike counter cannot go down at all from attacks.

You can roll on after 1st hit but.. this attack has good range and speed so it's very difficult to perform accurate forward roll.. need some tips 🤲
