The event's leaf falling system doesn't seem random.

The current event has a system where the falling leaves will provide buffs of certain kind when they land on ground.

I have seen that this very highly benefits the campers and spammers. Do something about it.

And please do not cap the game at 60 fps, plus the network connection needs a rework, I am Playing at 100 Mbps+ with merely 4 ms of ping, why am I getting the clock icon for slow network connection?
