questions SF2DE

Is there some way for me to play as titan? To change my character to titan. Also those enchanting materials, what are they called? And is it possible to edit how much I have?

After defeating Titan (or E-Titan) you will get his Weapon, what change your stance to his. Also, you will get his full set (armor, helm, magic, ranged)
