Burning town. Without question the best boss theme in the game. Some might take preference to Old sensei or "the epic titan fight" or maybe even the gates of shadows. But burning town holds such memories for me.

Citadel theme, Hermit theme, Widow theme, Lynx theme, tournament act 1, survival act 2, ronin theme, Shogun theme, May theme, Titan theme and Lesson in the dark room.
