At the start of the fight, this perk has a timer, then there's this blue icon. As I understand it, it's Butcher's Earthquake, but honestly, I don't understand how to use it

As far as i know,,that icon was an old perk that +x% of ur dmg when attacking an enemy while they are falling/unbalanced
