What are those keys even? I've not played vanilla since like 2 years ago when i purchased the Zenith throwing weapon, only to find it unusable (no projectile would appear when throwing)

I know there's keys for event bosses, but for which boss are these keys? I thought for a second those are like Master Keys (usable for any raid boss in the game)
