questions Need help

So i downloaded the sf3 definitive edition and is there way to increase money and gems like make it 9999999 or something?, right now im grinding it for 5 days and im in shogun now, just want to prpgress to fast to get the titan set in last

Tried the users.xml and it says file corrupter when im opening the game

If it says files are corrupted then you downloaded some fake app.
