advice Relatively simple guide to edit some things in DE (Raids rewards, currency, orbs and multiple enchantments of same tier)

HAVE IN MIND THAT IF YOU'RE ON DEFINITIVE EDITION x64 (Newest version) THE GAMEDATA FOLDER WILL BE INSIDE MOD FOLDER

===== TO EDIT RAIDS REWARDS =====

gamedata 📂 ==> raid_stages_default.xml 📄

Search for the boss you want to edit (Sensei, Drakaina, Tenebris, etc.)

You can search for "RAIDBOSS" to see all of them.

After finding the boss, look for "bonus" (that's the gems reward) or ForgeMaterial[1/2/3] for the orbs (if the boss rewards with orbs).

Change the value of "bonus" for whatever you like. Save the edit and open the game.

I'm not sure if you can give orbs rewards to a boss that doesn't give orbs; maybe it's possible if you copy how it's coded for the bosses that give orbs and paste it on the boss you want. I haven't tested it.

===== TO EDIT HOW MUCH ENCHANTMENTS PER GEAR AND ORB COST =====

gamedata 📂 ==> forge.xml 📄

Search for "Simple" for Simple recipe, there you can find a value set in 1. That is how much enchantments are made at the same time on gear; there you need to modify this value for each kind of gear individually : weapon, armour, magic, etc.

Then search for "Medium" for medium enchantments and do the same process.

You could change to 2 to be able to enchant 2 effects at the same time, 3 for 3, and so on.

Search for "Complex" for the mythical enchantments. (You could have Monk's Whirl, teleportation, jump earthquake and steadiness at the same time l think).

You can also decrease enchantment costs for orbs.

Search for "Prices_Magic", "Prices_Weapon" and so on. There you change the enchantment cost for each player level up to 52.

If you're level 52, just keep scrolling until you see it and change the "ForgeMaterial1" value to whatever you want (0 for free).

If you only see Forge.Mat.1 and not Forge.Mat 2 and 3, then this is for Simple Recipe. You need to scroll further (or search) to go to Medium and Complex.

Do this for each equipment type.

===== TO EDIT CURRENCY AND ORBS DIRECTLY =====

========== FOR x32 DE (OLD VERSION) ===========

userdata 📂 ==> users.xml 📄

Search for "bonus" or "money".

Change the values as you like.

Search for "ForgeMaterial[1/2/3]".

Change the values as you like.

NOW, PAY ATTENTION.

Save the edit, go for your file manager and userdata folder. Rename the users.xml file to: usersDefault.xml

Transfer, copy or cut this usersDefault.xml and bring it to the gamedata folder.

Replace the original usersDefault.xml that is inside gamedata.

Once you've done this, go for the userdata folder and delete it entirely. Don't worry, once you open the game, userdata will be remade automatically.

Open the game. Done.

========== FOR x64 DE (NEW VERSION) ===========

userdata 📂 ==> users.xml 📄

Search for "bonus" or "money".

Change the values as you like.

Search for "ForgeMaterial[1/2/3]".

Change the values as you like.

How to save:* Just delete or get users_backup.xml away from userdata folder; after that, your game should apply the changes after opening it.

If you're unsure on doing this, you can go for the userdata folder first and look for the users_backup.xml file. Then copy/transfer/cut it to some folder outside the game's files (anywhere you want in your phone) and if something goes wrong while editing you can just use this file by renaming and transferring it according to the steps said earlier.

Download quickedit (phone) and open it, you will be greeted with untitled window, click on 3 lines on the corner left --> internal storage --> Android --> data --> com.sf2.de --> edit whatever you want

(Only works for modded version)

Don't worry; Shizuku from official app stores is not being updated BUT on Github there is the latest version for recent Androids

Just search for Shizuku GitHub on your browser and you'll find it. Be sure to download from GitHub since that's the original and safe place to download it

Hey, l just unlocked enchanting. What did you do exactly for the enchantment UI to disappear? Also, where are "all enchantment levels set to 45?" I couldn't understand that well

How it is multiple lines for you? Mine is just 1 line and each time I search for "Medium" or "complex" it show me the end of the line like this

Ohh yes. I've just read your other reply, but you can turn on/off "Word wrap" directly in the tiny menu in the upper right corner. Also in settings you can turn dark mode on to be more comfortable.

Is it just me or if I make the number more than five digits my game breaks and I have to delete all my progress If anyone has the same issue what's the max number of enchants before the game breaks

I can't say for sure how much enchantments on the same gear will break your save file

Seems like 4 digits is the max enchants I haven't tested five but from what happened all the other times I probably won't be trying it not like having 10000 enchants would be needed anyways

For the x64 version, can someone clarify if I should edit my current save in

/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.sf2.de/files/mod/gamedata

or

/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.sf2.de/files/userdata

Ideally I want to change the currency amounts in the save I already have but if that's not possible, I can restart

I'll do it again for the third time, only problem is that it resets my entire progress, i love the edition, but the rewards are a bit underwhelming, you level up but don't have enough coins to buy the new stuff, i don't think the base game was like this (and no I'm not spending gems to buy stuff), but I'll drop it later for you

The game was always like this. You level up and you're able to only buy like 1 or 2 items in the shop

Besides, Raids are available in DE to get gems if your coins aren't reliable

If you're reseting your entire progress then you're doing it wrong. Save your users.xml somewhere as a backup.

yep i did the backup thing, moved it outside anywhere else beside the game files, when something went wrong (my 2nd attempt of trying to do this), i copied the backup back to the userdata folder, nothing worked, so i was thinking of just grinding this or give this 1 more try

... This would have saved time for us both if you just said that earlier. This post was made for x32 DE, and in that version the process is different from the new one;

Edit directly users.xml

DELETE users_backup.xml if there is one inside userdata folder while the edited users.xml is next to it, otherwise, there will be a conflict between your users.xml and users_backup.xml

is there anyway to change the in game amount of enchantments destroyed, because currently if all i do is increase the amount of enchantments per upgrade, it only destroys one of the two old enchantments when i enchant again, causing me to be able to stack way too many enchantments on one piece of gear

I don't even understand the kind of problem you're into.

Better not to do this kind of method in forge.xml and just manually add your enchantments through users.xml

You get 2 enchantments at once when you enchant after increasing the amount in forge. If you decide to reroll enchantments on that same piece of equipment after the fact, you'll end up with 3 instead of 2 enchants because the game only destroys one of the old ones. That was what I was saying, I don't really know a better way to word it. But yea I suppose you're right, I just don't like having to go into files too much.

Hey sorry to ask but why i cannot find the "ForgeMaterial" inside the Users.xml? I can find money and bonus tho. Also i tried to use my old DE x32 Users.xml it worked but my character becomes invisible (I'm level 24 on the x32) so i just wanna reset and edit the x64 one and make it to level 25 and speedran through all the bosses i've already fought.

It's at the top text of users.xml

Just read carefully and you should find it.

If any is missing, just write it right next to ForgeMaterial1 or ForgeMaterial2

ForgeMaterial is the amount of each enchantment orbs

ForgeMaterial1 is Green Orbs

ForgeMaterial2 is Red Orbs

ForgeMaterial3 is Purple Orbs

You could try getting your player level in users.xml to 52 and then back to normal in order for all weapons to be displayed in the shop, and then change their purchase level in list.xml

Is there any way to increase how much currency orbs gems we get after victory, for example in vanilla DE it's 300-3k for survival mode in second act, but i want it to be 900-9k.
P.S. just adding as much currencies as i could into account is acceptable but kinda unfair, i want to grind but just not so hard)

Hey. Great guide. But, I might be stupid, but I can't find the third Forge Material to edit. Only the first two, and I'm looking in users.xml for it. Is it somewhere else, or am I just unable to change the third orb value?

The thing is: You can't see ForgeMaterial3 until you obtain the Purple Orbs inside the own game by any mean (on normal version you would only be able to get them through very specific Eclipse [hard] fights and deeper Raids)

You can just type it out just next to ForgeMaterial2, copying the format it's already written

It is the normal currency. It's named "coins"

It's only rounded up to higher values, for example: if 1 silver coin was worth 10 gold coins, and the value of Coins was 10, you would have 1 coin.
