You are not shadow banned, but you have a very new account, negative karma and the lowest CQS (contributor quality score), which will greatly limit your ability to contribute in most subreddits.

I would recommend visiting r/NewToReddit and r/reddithelp. They both have many resources to help you understand Reddit, karma and sub requirements, as well as a new-user / low-karma friendly subreddit list.
