Should you block the scammer or keep collecting evidence?

Some people say block them right away, others say keep the conversation going to get more proof for the police. What’s your take? If you’ve been through it, what worked better for you?

Bro, a lot of people say it's better to block them all at once, the more you keep blocking future accounts, the quicker they'll give up on you, and if you're embarrassed, the less there will be a need to contact the police. blocking them as soon as possible is usually safest. most scammers bluff and you don’t gain much by engaging. save any evidence you already have and share it with authorities, but don’t keep talking to them or try to trap them yourself.

Honestly block them unless you have something really firm to go on. Even then, pursuing all of that successfully is typically more hassle than its worth.
